Great Location, Great View, Great Rooms. My only small complaint was not being able to get in for breakfast on the 38th floor restaurant - and we didn't have time to wait. The concierge was very unhelpful but we found the restaurant on the grand floor (JP Teres) and the breakfast and service was excellent. It doesn't have the view but it was better than the 38th. We'll stay again

Great location. If booking a Tower view then try and request a higher floor as they will have even better views. You can get to the Towers without ever really having to go outside which helps when it's bad weather.

Would recomend a tower view I had a city view and it wasnt great. Staff are atentive and eager to help. Central location and a great place to stay. Pool, gym and Spa look great. I havr seen more modern hotels however it is all on a greay condition
