A really nice hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent room, brilliant swimming pool and very close to the KL Tower. In addition the shower was great and instant hot water. When checking in we were not told what the breakfast options were and where to go so that would be helpful but other than that I would definitely stay here again

Superior room tiny, no mini fridge in original room asked why so they gave us a mini fridge. We had to move rooms after we noticed mould in our room and the second room also didn’t have a fridge so we had to ask for a fridge again in Kuala Lumpur with temperatures over 30 degrees. The corridor to the lift had water marks and damage marks on the floor and walls, wall runners coming off.

Great central location
Very convenient for the centre of KL. Spacious room, great shower - hot and strong. Pool is fairly small but very quiet so no issue. There were only chairs rather than loungers to relax on. In need of some TLC and the breakfast didn't appeal so I went elsewhere but overall would recommend.

Easy walking distance to some of the main areas in KL. Lobby are is large and inviting and pool area was clean and well maintained. Our room was a bit tired looking, not quite like the photos. Room could benefit from a deeper clean as the floor felt quite gritty

Great location close to everything - 10 minutes walk to Protonas Towers. Lovely pool area with great views of KL tower- especially at night. Breakfast was a bit average but reasonably priced. Loads of cafes close by if you want to venture out to eat

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with the location! It’s conveniently situated near the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Suria, making it easy to access prime areas for dining, entertainment, and shopping. If you’re a fan of books and stationery, don’t miss Kinokuniya—it’s a must-visit, and you won’t regret spending some time there. The only downside was the suite room itself; the fridge and air conditioning unit had a bit of a loud machine noise that disrupted my sleep at times. Despite this, the overall experience was still good, thanks to the hotel’s prime location, nearby attractions, and friendly staff who made the stay more welcoming.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, although might need a little updating. However the rooms were clean and room service was really good. The location was perfect! Very convenient and close to everything. Really nice staff as well and we enjoyed using the roof top pool!
