Parking here is the best, easy and many empty spot. Staff at the counter are very friendly and easy to talk with. Rooms nice with many plugs but smelled strong with cigarettes. Sleep light does not work and only one room light works. Toilet ok but toilet bowl not so clean enough.

Bad Arrangements for Hotel Check In
I arrived late at the hotel last weekend for check in, but there's no rooms left. The hotel also didn't call me to confirm the check in if I'm late. I have booked and paid the hotel 3 days before for 3D2N. The receptionist said he didn't have information from the Hotel Headquarters that there will be one person will check in, and HQ said to refund back the money. But there is no refund until now! How bad your system is and I'm very disappointed with your service. Its 3D2N not one night. Please do the better arrangements. Do not simply decide what you like to do.

Terrible Hotel
Firstly, what I have request by online, totally not match with what I got at front desk. Staff have zero knowledge and cannot confirm my booking. Second, when i got enter the room theres only have one bed. Already request for extra bed in online and pay for extra charge. The staff have no idea what happen. I need to walk to the front desk request what I've alreay book in system. The staff only give me one single mattress, one pillow and I need to setup by myself. The reason, NO STAFF ALL SLEEP. Are u kidding me?!
