The sunny west balcony invites you to end the day in the evening sun. Für ein paar Tage ok
Wir waren 3 Nächte vor Ort. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr gut und ist gut ausgestattet.Vermieter sind gut zu erreichen,im Gegensatz zu der Agentur vor Ort.Die Tiefgaragen ist nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Leider sind die Betten schrecklich gewesen. Total hart

Einpaar schöne sonnige Tage erlebt
Wir waren rundum zufrieden . Man ist nach paar Gehminuten am Strand . Alles vor Ort ob Edeka , Bäcker , Eisdielen , paar Geschäfte zum Shoppen oder zum Essen & trinken . Das einige was blöd war , ist das Parken . In der Tiefgarage was zur Wohnung gehört , konnten wir mit dem PKW über 1,60 m nicht rein ( was wir aber schon vorher geahnt haben ) An der Straße bzw in den Einbuchtungen ist nur begrenzt parken möglich . Dann geht nur das Parkhaus wo man dann nochmal extra zahlt ! rein

Eine Auszeit am Meer
Wir waren mit unserer Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Eine kleine gemütliche und sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Das Wetter hat gepasst und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, aber alles hat gut geklappt. Gern kommen wir wieder. :)

Hab mehr erhofft...
Ein sehr schöner Ort. Viele Geschäfte, Lokalitäten, nette Leute und schöne Natur, Strand etc. Ich finde es aber absolut bescheiden, wenn man nicht mal ein aktuelles Auto im Parkhaus unterstellen kann, da viel zu klein. Steckdosen lose in der Wand baumeln, die Griffe in der Küche locker sind, die Schranktür entgegenkommt und der Wasserhahn fast vorm abfallen ist. Der Fernseher hatte weder EPG noch Onlinedienste unterstützt. Das war eine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da, länger hätte ich das so nicht akzeptier! Ich behaupte das die Wohnung zuvor nicht gereinigt wurde, die Kur-Karten der vorherigen Gäste lagen noch in der Küche. Sichtbar ebenso Spinnweben und Staub, echt schade.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Wie ist sehr zentral, direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße gelegen (etwas zurückgesetzt nach hinten) und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Zum Strand und zur Promenade sind es ca 5/6 Gehminuten. Genug Restaurant befinden sich gleich um die Ecke und ein Edeka ist in ca. 6/7 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schöner Urlaub mit Einschränkungen
Die Wohnung hat einen super Standort und ist ansich von der Größe/ Ausstattung gut. Leider gab es ein paar Einschränkungen Der dazugehörige Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war nicht nutzbar, da das Auto max. 1,65 m sein dürfte. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock ( was nicht bekannt war) und die schweren Stoffvorhänge sowie Sofa und Sessel sehr verstaubt. Dadurch war schlafen für unseren kleinen und mich mit Hausstaub Allergie kaum möglich.

Wohnung mit super Lage aber Renovierungsbedarf
Wir haben eine Woche in Kühlungsborn verbracht. In Bezug auf die Lage ist die Wohnung super. Das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche hat auch bessere Zeiten hinter sich. In manchen Teilen lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Klobürste war dreckig und in der Kaffeemaschine war Schimmel. Das ist nicht in Ordnung.

schöne Tage in Kühlungsborn
wir haben hier wiederum sehr schöne Tage verbringen können und die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Unterkunft hat uns rundherum zufrieden gestellt. Parken, abgeschlossener Fahrradstellplatz alles ist bestens organisiert. Gerne immer wieder.

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung direkt im Geschehen

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Tolle zentrale Lage. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung und sehr gute Ausstattung. Noch kuschliger wäre es für uns mit Jalousien oder dünnen Vorhängen an den Fenster. So ging nur hell und freie Sicht raus und rein oder dunkel und abgeschirmt. Alles andere war super. Danke

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, wunderbar!
Sehe gute Lage, Wohnung sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Empfehlenswert! Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist leider nur für Fahrzeuge bis 1,6 m Höhe geeignet. Die Agentur vor Ort hat uns freundlicherweise eine Alternative angeboten. Vielen Dank dafür.

Perfekte Lage - gemütliche Unterkunft
Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich und sauber . Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Die Lage zur Seebrücke und den Geschäften war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Auch konnten wir mit einem Ford Kuga prima in der Tiefgarage parken.
