Disappointed about the some of the staff
The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request.

お洒落なビジホ
　部屋が間接照明のみで暗かったです。 ラウンジが明るいので仕事したりするなら そこがオススメかもしれません。 　それ以外は清潔感がありよかったです。

チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズで、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。 また不明なことは電話することなくチャットgptですぐに解決できよかったです。 一つだけお部屋の暗さが気になりました。化粧する時に暗くて陽の光を利用してやっとできました。 それ以外は最高によかったです。熊本に来たらまた利用したいと思います。

新しいホテルです。部屋が暗くてデスクはありませんので仕事はできないでしょう。バスタブはありません。バスタオルハンガーが見当たりませんでした。ハンガーをかけるフックが太くて使いづらいです。朝食は素晴らしいです。
