This hotel is so close to Kyoto station! They have a guest lounge where Tea/coffee/latte/hot chocolate available. I wish breakfast buffet is included in place(It is way expensive 3500¥). Room is very spacious with separate areas for wash basin, shower and toilet

We tried both the Moderate and Superior, and definitely recommend the Superior. Everything was modern, stylish and clean. The breakfast buffet was high quality and a must try. Close to train, airport bus and car rental stores - if you don't plan to do a lot of shopping this is an ideal area. Only deducted one star as reception refused to help us call a taxi when checking out (we were a large group with many suitcases and elderly), and we had to walk in the rain to the MK taxi another block down.

Hotel is newly renovated which is great. It was crowded and noisy. But I guess that’s what you get next to big train station. Cannot say anything bad about hotel but if I ever go back to Kyoto I would chose some different.

The breakfast buffet was a winner. Well served, options galore. It was great that it was 2 minutes walking from Kyoto station and right across a little mall with a Donki! Super clean, quiet, and easy to access.

I just wish they would bring up towels to our room when requested. We were asked to come picked them up. This is the first hotel I have been to where I am required to pick up towels myself. Also they don’t have small facial towels!!!

We booked a room for 3 people for 5 nights and it was extremely spacious. It is so convenient to the JR station and the airport bus to Kansai and Itami. There are so many dining options in the area or a short taxi ride away. The housekeeping staff cleaned the hotel immaculately every day. We did not interact with the staff much as there was no need. For location and cleanliness, I would give it a 20 out of ten.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but nothing outstanding. It is very convenient for sightseeing because you are just a 3 minute walk from Kyoto station where you can catch the Shinkansen, subway lines and buses. The staff were efficient. The amenities for the room are subpar and quite limited.

A beautiful hotel within walking distance of Kyoto Station. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. Plenty of food and drink selections in the Breakfast Buffet, with live chefs making food in front of you (the wagyu steak was delicious). The 24-hour open Guest Facilities, including the guest lounge was also a great way to unwind - with a free-to-use coffee, tea and snacks station. No issues what-so-ever, will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to all!
