Overall the property is good and is well recommended to others. However, the two coin laundry machines is not enough for guest to use. Suggests either to install more washing machines or implement steps to queer / reserve line for using the machine.

Good access to train station (10 min walk) and variety of bus routes. Convenience store (Lawson) right outside the hotel. Good sized shopping mall (Kyoto Avanti) just a traffic light away, which has many shops to do your shopping (Don Quijote, GU). Quiet area even though it's right next to Kyoto station.

Clean and a great location!
The hotel exceeded all our expectations. As it is a more budget friendly hotel, I expected basic. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the hotel and staff were. Rooms were spacious enough for two large suitcases, however, we were living out of our suitcases as no storage space. Hotel was conveniently located 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station, a Lawson next door and a CoCo Curry House round the corner. Great location!

So the area is great really close to the station, easy to catch the bus and JR lines. The room is modern, and can actually open suitcases in it. But the washroom starts smelling like wet and foul after a day so not as modern and feel like you’re in a submarine. Do what you will with that but overall convenient especially after traveling with luggage.

It is right next to Kyoto station. Problems: coffee machine broke and they served instant coffee —terrible. Avoid the all-in-one laundry machines —your clothes will never dry. The rooms are stark white.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable bed! The three most important things to me when staying at a hotel. They also help out with luggage transport and fill a form out for you. I would definitely come back to this hotel when I’m back in Japan!
