Perfect for business. Almost all rooms come with a nice giant table! Wifi is a little mehh or spoty but if you are a foreigner you will most likely have your own hotspot so use it! This location is about a 20-25 min walk to karasuma oike st. And sanjo keihan lines . Perfect to relax in and walls are pretty thick. You are also able to hook you laptop up to the tv and watch your movies or anime!

near a subway station made it convenient to travel. Nice concierge and helpful. hotel room clean. i wish they had more than 2 pairs of laundry and dryer machines for all the guests to use, but otherwise fine.

Relatively good location for the price. Room was small, as expected but we made it work for our family of four. The only thing I didn’t like what the community area is not open before 11am so we had to eat our breakfast in the room and couldn’t access cold water machine.

Great location, close to metro and bus station. Great hotel, very helpfull staff and clean. There is a convinience shop under the hotel which is great. Definitly a great place to stay if youre visiting Kyoto.

Quite close to what seems to be a major shopping street (lots of brand name shops and Pokemon Centre, Nintendo store and a Disney store) all within about a 20min walk from the hotel. Close to a train station too.
