This property was great! The staff was extremely friendly upon arrival throughout our stay. It was raining, they provided umbrellas each day! Can we talk about the Lounge! What a nice way to relax after a long day, quiet with great amenities.

Had a wonderful stay at the Royal Park Kyoto! The staff was super helpful, and the access to bites and beverages at most hours of the day is such a wonderful addition. Vanity amenities were great, pajamas provided were super soft, and the location was very central for our stay. Room was super modern, clean and spacious. We loved our experience!

Amazing and will definitely be back!
Safe, convenience floor nearby, close to train station and bus routes. I really can’t complain at all. The staff are also amazing with any questions/requests you have. Very nice and always were willing to assist despite the fact that I had poor Japanese (still learning!)

From the moment the staff reached out as we were running late, till the moment we checked out, we felt incredibly welcomed. I’m heavily tattooed (like head, hands, throat, etc), and we were allowed to use the onsen which is open till 1:00 AM. Super close to Karasuma Oike (like 100 yards), so you can take a train to basically anywhere with a transfer. Cannot recommend this place enough, and I’ve stayed in Japan before.

Best location
Within 10to15min walk to Palace,Castle,Manga museum,Nishiki market ,several temples and a 3800 Y to bamboo forest for 3. Free tea and French pastels and drinks after 5. We got breakfast which was a little strange/ Italian / so was the set and spaghetti delicious so if you think on power time zone Perry . So we had dinner then light lunch and afternoon bkfst

Excellent stay at a lovely hotel. Would stay again and would even stay at their partner hotels. We had a deluxe King room and it was spacious and bright. This also granted us access to the lounge which was brilliant - free drinks and a free appetiser. It is also worth mentioning the location - the hotel is a 2 minute walk to a Subway station and nearby to several bus stops which makes commuting easy. Only downside is that motorbikes and emergency vehicles could be heard in the room (we were on top floor). Other than that the road was silent and we couldn’t hear anyone in the hallways.

Lovely stay at the Royal Park Hotel, got a room upgrade and it was very comfy and lovely big bed. The lounge access was included for afternoon tea and even drinks. Would recommend staying there, very close to public transport
