Situated in the family orientated urbanization of Las Tres Calas, this fully equipped and air conditioned villa is the perfect place to spend a nice relaxing holiday. The secured pool also makes it perfect for family with young children.
It has a master bedroom with double bed, air-cond and en-suite shower room with toilet; 1 double bedroom with double bed and one twin bed room with 2 single beds share a family bathroom with toilet. Open plan fully furnished kitchen and living room with patio doors opening onto a shaded terrace over looking the garden and pool. Living room with sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children. French TV, DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/ freezer,dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 4 ring electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans and plates to accommodate the whole family. Washing machine in the utility room, at the back of the double bedroom.

Beautiful house with everything we needed
This is a beautiful property. The interior is kept very nicely and is a very good size. It has two good size bathrooms and the bedrooms are excellent. The outside area is also spacious with a nice barbecue and a lovely swimming pool. It is easy to get to in a small area which has good access to shops, the main road and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Séjour parfait. La maison est agréable et bien située. La piscine était propre et sécurisée. Nous avons profité des plages (Miami plage), de Port Aventura à 20 minutes, du Zoo de Valencia.. Je recommande cette magnifique maison !

Beaucoup de chose à améliorer
De prime abord la maison paraît correct, sauf qu'en y regardant de plus près il s'avère que beaucoup de choses n'allaient pas. L'extérieur pas entretenu, la piscine dont la pompe fonctionne que 2h par jour, l'étendoir mis à disposition complètement rouillé, le barbecue sale que nous avons du nettoyer. A l'intérieur l'ensemble des pièces (chambres et salles de bain) étaient propres mais la cuisine étaient sales. Les ustensiles pas bien lavés, la hotte qui ne fonctionne pas et le four, plaque et lave vaisselle extrêmement sales. Nous avons du nettoyer et la gérante immobilière est revenue le lendemain du signalement nettoyer la cuisine et racheter 2 ou 3 ustensiles ainsi qu'un étendoir. La maison a du potentiel mais ne semble pas entretenue, le portail ne se ferme pas correctement, il faut le manipuler pour arriver à le fermer et à sécuriser la résidence. En résumé, le bien tel qu'il est ne vaut pas son prix en l'état. Il pourrait être améliorer par exemple en installant la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et pas seulement dans le séjour et une seule des 3 chambres. La maison d'à côté est abandonnée et la piscine est moisie ce qui ramène des mauvaises odeurs et des moustiques. Il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour se déplacer car aucun commerces à proximité a pied. Espérant que cet avis permette au propriétaire de prendre conscience du potentiel de son bien et proposer aux clients qui payent ce prix d'avoir une location adéquat.

Excellente villa mais voisinage abominable et gros problème de communication avec Audrey
La villa est super et conforme aux photos. Beaux espaces et piscine parfaite. Cependant si vous recherchez du calme, à moins d'avoir beaucoup de chance, ce ne sera pas l'endroit pour vous. Les propriétaires de la maison d'en face mettent régulièrement la musique le plus fort possible jusqu'à 2h du matin ou font des travaux à n'importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit. Nous avons également eu des soucis de communication avec Audrey qui manifestement semble avoir trop de villas à gérer. Nous ne l'avons pas vue de tout le séjour, elle nous a simplement laissé les clés à l'extérieur tout en se trompant de numéro de maison qu'elle nous a communiqué (le numéro n'étant stipulé nul part sur le site).

fijne vakantie gehad in dit huis, enige minpunten zijn het ontbreken van kussens voor de ligzetels en parasols bij het zwembad, maar al bij al was het gezellig vertoeven in dit proper en goed onderhouden woning.

très belle maison, bien entretenue, conforme à l'annonce. Maison confortable et tres fonctionnelle dans laquelle on se sent tres vite a l'aise. Très bien équipée et suffisament pour 6 à 7 personnes. La piscine magnifique. Le quartier est très sympathique et familial. Le seul hic serait la distance par route avec la mer ou la ville, du coup tout se fait en voiture mais c'est tres gérable car facile de se garer. Je recommande cette maison pour toux ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité sans l'isolement. Merci à Audrey qui est très réactive pour chacune de nos demandes.

anfänglich ein paar Überraschungen, allerdings haben diese den Urlaub nicht beeintrechtigt , war Ok und kann man weiter empfehlen , Objekt war sauber und die Anlage gepflegt. Übergabe/ Abnahme war unkompliziert - Allerdings: wir waren über einen Feiertag in Spanien - Feuerwerk die ganze Nacht bis morgens - mit Hund war das sehr stressig!!

Très belle propriété
Très belle propriété moderne et fonctionnelle. Piscine sécurisée, idéale avec enfants en bas âges. Accueil et contact exceptionnels. Très belle région et la ville d'Ametlla de mar n'est pas très touristique donc immersion totale parmi les habitants très accueillant.
