You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Beautiful house just a stone's throw from the beach and shops.
House on two levels completely renovated, 200 meters from Riells beach and its shops.
This villa, ideal for families, is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
On the ground floor a large living room with TV, wifi and free and unlimited internet.
A very well appointed and very well equipped kitchen allows you to cook like at home. A small corridor serves the 3 bedrooms, also equipped with a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Access to the upper floor is via an external staircase.
Upstairs 3 very spacious and bright bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the middle, a living room gives access to a beautiful terrace, ideal for reading or spending some quiet time.
You can park on the property, it is easy to park two cars there.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation I am at your disposal 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for any problem.

Lieu parfait avec à la clef chacun une salle de bain maison très belle et bien entretenue
Plage à 5 minutes ainsi que de nombreux commerces le tout dans une ville charmante, promenade à faire à pied et surtout sécurisé

Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder
Weil wir, als Großfamilie ((drei Familien) 8 Erw. und 4 Kinder) den Urlaub in der Region, 22.06-05.08, verbringen wollten, brauchten wir eine größere Unterkunft.
Zugegeben, vor Abreise waren wir skeptisch.
Nach der Ankunft und Besichtigung der Immobilie waren wir positiv überrascht.
Das Haus bef. sich auf einem Eckgrundstück. Auf dem Hof Platz für 4 Autos.
An anderer Hausseite noch genug Spielplatz.
Ein Pool haben wir nicht vermisst, da es bis zum Strand nahe ist.
Die Küche im Erdgeschoss hat alles nötige (Gasherd, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Warmwasser, Proviantschrank,..)
Wachmasch. - Raum hinterm Haus wo auch Schirme, Strandspielzeug zu finden sind.
Der Terrassentisch lässt sich ausziehen - genug Platz zum Essen
Man merkt, das Obergeschoss ist ein Neubau. Sehr schön.
3 Zimmer mit je einem Badezimmer (Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche).
Großer Flur mit Kochnische, Balkon (Zugang vom Flur und einem Zimmer), Klimaanlage.
Aus 2 anderen Zimmern Zugang zu einem anderen Balkon.
In zwei Zimmern noch Platz für ein Kinderbett.
Wenn man sucht, findet man überall Nachteile: Ameisen (sind in der Region überall), Mücken (gibt es Mittel gegen), ausgebrannte Rasen (Wasserknappheit in der Region).
Die Nachteile werden mit anderen positiven Tatsachen Überdeckt: Glasfaserinternet, Strandnähe, Bäcker „um drei Ecken“, ständige Polizeipräsenz im Ort, keine nervigen Verkäufer am Strand, Strand ideal für Kinder (Sand flaches Wasser), ...

Vacances familiales entre amis
Accueil très professionnel et extrêmement chaleureux. Logement très propre aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Très bien équipé avec une climatisation dans la pièce principale à l’étage qui fut une belle surprise.
Très bien situé proche plages et commerces. Seul point d’amélioration possible, un petit réfrigérateur dans le coin cuisine de l’étage pourrait être envisagé.
