the kitchen area with all household appliances. A back kitchen to serve as a cellar. The cooler seasons it is possible to heat (underfloor heating with heat pump)
When the weather is mild, the awnings can allow you to eat there.

N. B. A 10% deposit is required upon booking and the balance upon arrival. A deposit of 150 euros will also be requested and returned at the start of the stay if there has been no incident. A lovely Gite near the Gaillac wine region
Gaillac is an historic wine producing region located just northeast of Toulouse, in South West France. It is one of France's oldest viticultural areas, established in Roman times or even earlier, and still produces a wide variety of wines today. We so enjoyed returning to the Gite every evening of our stay after touring historic villages and wine tasting at nearby ChĆ¢teau. Our hosts were wonderful, communication was excellent (we speak a little French and our hosts no English-we used our translation app), the Gite was very clean and well appointed and in a quiet rural area with beautiful views of the countryside.

A very well equipped house in a quiet location.
The house was spacious with great living spaces inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed some home cooking. The location was peaceful, but easy driving to several tourist sites.A great place to stay!

Lovely house with great views across the countryside
The house is situated near the road (which can get a bit busy) with great views across the french countryside. The house is well equipped and has has everything you would need. It is large and spacious with plenty of areas to sit and admire the views. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and live next door, they left us alone during our stay, but were on hand should we need anything. Two things I should mention: 1) There isn't any WiFi 2) Although linen is provided there were no towels so pack your own. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for families with older children or couples.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour en famille chez Maguy. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueilli. Le gĆ®te est trĆØs spacieux, agrĆ©able et bien Ć©quipĆ©. Il est Ć©galement bien situĆ© pour dĆ©couvrir la rĆ©gion et il y a beaucoup de documentation Ć  disposition. Les extĆ©rieurs sont trĆØs agrĆ©ables, avec une vue magnifique. Tout petit bĆ©mol concernant les Ć©quipements bĆ©bĆ© qui pourraient ĆŖtre amĆ©liorĆ©s pour plus de confort et de sĆ©curitĆ© (le matelas et la chaise haute).
