Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture. 400 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Parking at the house on the premises.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Pas de vis Ć  vis, une grande piscine et une maison assez grande pour 10 personnes. A 2 pas de Montauban et de quelques villages typiques Ć  visiter, notamment celui oĆ¹ lā€™on peut visiter le chĆ¢teau oĆ¹ Ć  eu lieu le tournage du Ā«Ā Vieux fusilĀ Ā»...
