The property comprises a main house, which is also an old watermill, and a restored barn.
For bookings of less than 8 people, only the house is accessible.
For bookings of 9 people or more, the barn is available in addition to the house.
The house is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 mĀ² living room with wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- A second living room with a mezzanine and a pellet stove (pellets provided free of charge on request)
- En-suite shower room
- Bedroom 1: A Queen-Size bed (160x200)and en-suite shower room.

- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with pull-out bed and single bed (sleeps 4)

The barn (accessible from 9 travelers) is composed as follows:
- Bedroom 4 with beautiful beams : A Queen-Size bed and two single beds

- Storage space for bicycles
Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 10,000 mĀ² garden, private and not enclosed, with furniture
- There is a river on the estate where you can swim. All swimming must be supervised.
- The mill has a very large, south-facing terrace (around 50 m2) overlooking the millstream, as well as a lovely area sheltered by the barn awning, where you can also enjoy your meals (not so hot in summer). Both are equipped with a table. Two parasols are also available.
The house is ideally situated in L'Isle-Bouzon, in very pleasant surroundings. It is an isolated house in the countryside. There are no immediate neighbours and no-one to disturb. The main advantage of this location is of course the peace and quiet, the absence or virtual absence of traffic noise, and the bucolic character of the surroundings, with its many birds and animals inhabiting the woods, fields and riverbanks.

Numerous places of interest to visit: Lectoure, Gramont, Auvillar, La Romieu, Lavardens, etc.
You can also go cycling (electric bikes for hire in Saint Clar and Lectoure), take advantage of the local markets, sample delicious local dishes in the surrounding restaurants, bargain-hunt in the antique shops of Lectoure...
