Mirabeau Immobilier is pleased to present to you, for your holidays, this superb quiet villa recently fitted out specially for holidays, in a peaceful and pleasant area, near the village.

Organized in 5 rooms, it offers on the ground floor a beautiful living room overlooking the pool area, a kitchen with the equipment necessary for your stay (toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave ...) and a bedroom with two single beds and shower room. On the 1st floor, you will find three beautiful bedrooms, all with a 160 * 200 double bed, one of which overlooks a very pleasant roof terrace and, finally, a bathroom with double sinks.

On the outside, you will enjoy the terrace and its exposure to the south as well as a superb swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing and relaxing seats. A pétanque court will also be available where you can play with family or friends.

Its location is ideal because you will be only 1 hour from the beaches of the Mediterranean and the sumptuous Calanques of Cassis but also the Gorges du Verdon and a few minutes from the most beautiful villages of France such as Lourmarin, Gordes.

Super maison, mais équipements très abîmés
La maison est vraiment très bien, mais les équipements ne sont pas au rendez-vous de ce type de prix : plancha qui s'éfritte dans la nourriture (inutilisable), couteaux très usés dont la peinture part dans la nourriture, des vis qui dépassent à beaucoup d'endroits sur la terrasse, ménage qui laissait à désirer à l'arrivée.

Schönes Ferienhaus!
Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön. Abends haben ein wenig die Mücken gestört. Moskitogitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern wären wünschenswert. Der Verkehr auf der vorbeiführenden Strasse nach Manosque war hörbar, hat aber nicht stark gestört. Insgesamt ein schönes Objekt.

Même si nous avons apprécié les volumes, la déco de la maison et le calme de l'endroit; nous avons été déçues par l'entretien intérieur et extérieur. Le terrain de boules et une douche extérieure HS. Le robot de piscine ne fonctionnait pas et que ma sœur a du réparer. Les photos des filtres parlent d'elles mêmes. C'est dommage. Les environs sont riches d'endroits très jolis et de restaurants délicieux et sympathiques. Attention aussi aux guêpes en très grand nombre, surtout autour de piscine.

Familienzeit im Luberon
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großzügigen Haus. Die Übergabe und die Abreise haben hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus liegt an einer Verbindungsstraße, die zwar nicht sehr stark befahren ist, aber den Verkehr hört man dennoch deutlich. Vermutlich hatte das Haus eine intensive Nutzung in diesem Sommer hinter sich. Bemerkbar machte sich das unter anderem mit einem sehr intensiven Geruch unter dem Spülbecken und im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss, den verstopfen Reinigungsarmen der Spülmaschine, der nicht mehr funktionstüchtige Außendusche sowie dem verstopften Ablauf der Dusche. Wenn das alles wieder gründlich gereinigt bzw. Instand gesetzt wird ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und der Standort bestens geeignet, den Luberon zu erkunden. Die Boulangerie im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen und der kleine Supermarkt und der Gemüseladen bieten alles, was man zur Verpflegung benötigt. Die 4-Generatinen-Familie aus Bayern

Très belle maison où passer de belles vacances
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette grande maison où chacun a son espace. La piscine est grande ce qui permet à tous d'en profiter. La maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Quelques petites améliorations à faire cependant : - la plaque de la plancha était très abîmée. Il faudrait penser à la changer plus régulièrement. - les évacuations de douche ne sont pas assez souvent nettoyées et l'eau ne s'écoulait plus. - nous avons pris le linge de maison. Parfait, sauf que toutes les serviettes de toilettes étaient blanches... un peu gênant pour retrouver laquelle est à qui... Cela ne retire en rien les prestations de la location. Nous en avons d'excellents souvenirs...

Une villa pour des vacances agréables
Belle villa, bien située dans un chemin tranquille. L'ensemble du terrain est clôturé, rassurant pour les enfants et le chien. Piscine très agréable et beau jardin bien entretenu. L'intérieur de la villa est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Très belle villa
Belle propriété très bien équipée. Très propre ! Idéalee pour passer des vacances au calme. Petit plus, assez rare : un grand terrain parfaitement clôturé qui garantit un accueil des chiens en toute sécurité. Propriétaire des lieux, qui est aussi le voisin, peut être un peu trop présent mais l'agence immobilière qui gère la villa est vraiment très professionnelle et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ce lieux pour passer une belle semaine de vacances !

Une très jolie maison (mais...)
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans cette agréable villa. La description de la maison et les photos reflètent parfaitement la réalité. C’est appréciable. Les extérieurs sont très agréables : vaste terrasse au cœur d’un jardin bien garni et une piscine aux dimensions familiales ! À l’étage, les trois chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. La grande salle de bain est parfaite. La chambre au rez-de-chaussée est certes petite mais finalement très praticable même si on se sent un peu « serré » dans sa salle de bain (la 2eme de la maison). Les propriétaires qui vivent à proximité sont très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. Nous avons même eu le droit à une livraison de légumes du jardin... Notre gros bémol se situe avec l’agence immobilière qui nous a confié la villa après un ménage d’arrivée dont elle avait la responsabilité (et la facturation) qui avait été particulièrement bâclé. Nous avons dû refaire un (très) grand ménage jusqu’aux assiettes pour dîner. Il a fallu un peu insister pour que l’agence reconnaisse les faits et assume (ce qu’elle a fait finalement). Donc la maison mérite un 5/5 mais attention aux prestations des professionnels.

Maison très agréable dans environnement calme
La maison est superbe, spacieuse, joliement décorée, on s'y sent chez nous dès qu'on franchit le pas de la porte! L'extérieure est très grand, parfait pour les enfants mais il y a un mais... attention à la piscine pour les plus jeunes. L'alarme a du être changée à notre arrivée car l'ancienne ne marchait pas mais l'agence immobilière dit que cette alarme ne sert à rien car si on n'est pas à côté de l'enfant, c'est accident!! alors peut être qu'une barrière de sécurité serait la solution... et sinon donc extrême vigilance aux parents avec enfants pour cette location

Sehr schönes Haus!
Sehr schönes Haus! Entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war per Mail auch in Englisch problemlos. Wir hatten nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln: am Pool ist nur 1 Sonnenschirm vorhanden (für 8 Personen?), der Pool wurde in den 10 Tagen nicht gereinigt, da es sehr heiß war, wurde das Wasser gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts schon etwas trüb. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. La Bastide-des-Jourdans ist ein kleiner, sehr hübscher Ort. Im Dorf, in ca. 1 km Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man sich mit allen Grundnahrungsmitteln eindecken kann.

De villa was perfect in orde ! Enkele détails die zou mogen voorzien worden : enkele parasols voor in de tuin en wat meer keukenaccessoires want deze waren zeer beperkt.
