Mauvaise surprise de frais supplémentaires en repartant !
J’ai reçu un mail, 2heures après mon départ, me notifiant des frais de 50 euros suite soit disant que l’appartement (le studio!) était très sale, et qu’il nécessitait 4heures de ménage. 20 m2!!! Complètement faux, puisque j’ai fait le ménage, (balayer et laver le sol) la vaisselle lavée, rangée, ainsi que les WC et cabine de douche. Le propriétaire a vu le sol mouillé à notre départ, je lui ai proposé de vérifier. Il n’a pas voulu. Pour info, à mon arrivée, j’ai dû faire changer le protège matelas du lit simple qui avait des traces noires et du sable ! Et ne parlons pas du filtre de la hotte qui comportait une couche épaisse de graisse ! J’ai tenté de les joindre de nombreuses fois via mon numéro de portable et laissé un message vocal. Ils n’ont jamais donné suite sauf au mail que je leur ai laissé. Je trouve cela inadmissible, de soutirer une somme sur notre compte personnel !! Cela ressemble à une arnaque. Aucune photo, pour me prouver que l’appartement était sale !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement était conforme à nos attentes à proximité de toutes les commodités et animations plage marché voie vélo pour aller à Guérande. Le propriétaire est très agréable.

j ai passé un séjour splendide et reposant la bâtisse est typique de la Baule du caractère et l'endroit est calme et agréable en plein centre parfait. Un accueil sympathique de Monsieur Camus merci aux discutions bien agréables avec Madame. Le studio est bien et le petit jardin parfait des apéros aux dîners avec les pins de la Baule que demandé de plus..carpe diem. A l'année prochaine c'est certain Merci pour votre accueil

Emplacement idéal
Cet appartement est au top au niveau de l’emplacement. Pas besoin de voiture. Marché , plage, centre ville, tout à proximité. Il y a le juste nécessaire au niveau de la fonctionnalité ce qui justifie le prix plus qu’abordable. Le propriétaire est accueillant et tout à fait disponible.

Studio parfaitement situé avec une terrasse charmante
Nous ne pouvons que recommander de réserver ce studio qui est situé en plein centre ville et à deux pas de la mer : idéal pour découvrir la Baule tout en profitant au maximum de la plage. Le studio est bien équipé et dispose d'une terrasse charmante. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute ! Le logement a connu une petite coupure de courant indépendante de la volonté des propriétaires. Ces derniers nous ont proposé un remboursement sans que nous ayons à le demander. En bref, un superbe séjour !

Le studio aurait besoin d'une rénovation importante aussi bien dans l'ameublement : blocs de cuisin.Salle de bain lavabo fissuré douche a remettre en état. Volet extérieur qui ne ferme pas. Manque d entretien général dommage car très bonne situation.

Séjour calme et reposant !
Petit studio aménagé comme il faut et suffisant pour passer un très bon séjour à La Baule. Idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du marché, et à deux pas de la plage. Les "balades" entre la mer et le centre ville sont faciles, calmes et reposantes. On y retournera, c''est sur !
