A beautiful living room with high-end equipped kitchen (electric hob, microwave grill, bean coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, raclette grill, etc.), bench seat and television, bathroom with toilet, one bedroom separate with television and 140 x 190 cm bed. (high-end quality mattress 50kg/m3 changed in January 2023) and dormitory with two 80x200 beds (hotel quality mattresses). Corner office.

Très bon séjour !
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à La Clusaz ! Appartement très agréable, propre,confortable et idéalement situé dans un environnement très calme tout en étant proche du centre. Quant à la vue... juste magnifique !! Merci au propriétaire pour sa sympathie et sa réactivité. Tout a été parfait !

Appartement très bien placé au calme avec en prime une vue magnifique sur les montagnes encore enneigée le week-end du 18 mai. L'appartement est très propre et bien agencé, et très bien équipé : lave-vaisselle, petit électroménager,....une très belle douche et un bon canapé. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Beau balcon plein sud qui donne sur une route peu passante. et surtout parking gratuit dans la résidence. Très bon séjour. Je recommande fortement.

appartement à la Clusaz, proche centre station.
appartement très propre, bien situé par rapport au centre de la station, bien équipé et rénové. Seul bémol : un salon un peu étroit avec une banquette et son dossier bien inconfortable. Appartement qui convient pour un couple car il manque des rangements (penderies, tiroirs) notamment pour l'hiver. Nous avons dû ranger nos affaires dans la 2ème petite chambre sur les 2 petits lits superposés.

Annonce fidèle à l’expérience vécue sur place. Très chouette appartement bien rénové, entretenu, propre et idéalement situé avec propriétaire disponible et facilement atteignable en cas de besoin. Belle organisation pour l’arrivée et le départ également! Petit bémol, quelques linges supplémentaires à disposition auraient été appréciables ainsi qu’un four ordinaire pour la cuisine. Mais cela ne nous a aucunement empêchés de passer une superbe semaine, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Bel appartement aux portes de La Clusaz
Dans un immeuble au calme, la configuration est minimaliste, c'est plus un 2+2 (famille avec enfants) qu'un 4 personnes (adultes), mais l'appartement est très bien rénové et de bon goût, dans une ambiance montagne et chaleureuse. La SDB et la cuisine sont top et fonctionnelles. (manque un peu de vaisselle). Merci d'accepter nos amis à 4 pattes qui profitent d'un beau balcon plein sud. Même si nous ne nous sommes pas vu, le propriétaire Thibault est disponible en cas de besoin ou d'échange. Seul hic, manque de rangement pratique (étagère ou penderie) dans les chambres, et de confort dans l'espace salon (banc/canapé inconfortable). Nous recommandons ce bien avec place de parking très appréciée dans cette station trop chargée en traffic. Merci Thibault.

Séjour de remise en forme
L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour estival à la Clusaz. Merci pour le classeur d'accueil qui donne de bons conseils. Nous regrettons néanmoins le manque de confort de l'appartement : chaises très rustiques, canapé très inconfortable (mal de dos) du au dossier sans inclinaison et la TV de la chambre n'était pas paramétrée. Enfin, le volet de la chambre se fermait complètement par intermittence.

Très bon emplacement pour les skieurs...
En effet, à 2 minutes à pied de la piste de ski qui mène aux télécabines. Le gros plus: un garage permettant de stocker les skis après une journée sur les pistes. Appartement au calme avec vue dégagée. Par contre, cuisine à l'ancienne, sans lave-vaisselle. Et très peu de placards pour ranger ses vêtements (uniquement dans la salle de bains)...
