The resort itself was like a mini rainforest! We saw a lot of animals and birds just from our room and by the dining area. The service was awesome and the place was impeccable. Dining options were great too!

Beautiful property with lush vegetation throughout, with stunning views. The rooms were very private, as they were individual units and everything was very well constructed and beautiful. The various Hot Springs on the property were luxurious and relaxing. The staff was very professional and helpful, and the overall experience for my family was fantastic. I would recommend this resort to couples and families alike.

We stayed at Arenal Manoa for five days in one of the junior suites. It was a fantastic stay! The property is beautifully maintained and the vegetation is beautiful. We saw toucan, a pack of howler monkeys, lizards and countless birds. We would absolutely stay here again! The new hot spring pools were such a treat. Also, the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond for anything you need. I want to shout out Evelyn at the front desk specifically. I left my phone in an Uber and we were having difficulty communicating with the driver and she was able to hop on the phone and coordinate having him return it to the property. She is a life saver!

Luis, Esteban and Maria Jose, were always so kind, and helpful, also the rest off the staff. Arenal Manoa is a GEM, we stayed for 3 day at one of their Chato Suites, and it was just Amazing. The also went to the Spa, where we felt in heaven.

This resort is gorgeous. The room was breathtaking and very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The only thing I did not like was finding out there was an airport shuttle after paying US$180 for an uber plus overnight hotel near the airport. That could have been communicated. We plan to take our family back to it though. It is also located in the middle of all the adventure parks. Getting to it from San Jose is 3.5 hours which is of course tiring. But overall, a really lovely place.
