About this space:
Relax and unwind in the top floor suite of this beautiful newly built modern house located in one of the most desired locations in the area. Only a five-minute drive away from La Fortuna's central plaza, where you can find unique shops, artisanal restaurants, and tons of activities to do with the whole family. Enjoy being surrounded by the peaceful and energizing presence of Costa Rica's amazing rain forest. Community swimming pool, kid friendly creek, and BBQ area just a few steps away!

The space:
Amazing modern 2 story house completed in January 2024. The top and bottom floors are completely separated by their own access entrances from outside. This house is contained in an upscale gated community with private security 24/7. Plenty of space for parking if you are renting a car.

Enjoy our accommodating amenities such as spacious bedrooms with private showers and bathrooms within each room. Each room has their own air conditioning unit to keep you cool and dry in Costa Rica's warm climate, and all adorned with brand new luxury queen beds.

Kitchens are fully stocked with stoves, microwaves, coffee makers, refrigerators and accented with beautiful concrete countertops and custom built hard wood cabinets. Everything you need to enjoy home cooked family meals on nights you prefer to stay in!

Enjoy the fastest internet speeds up to 200 Mbs with brand new large widescreen Tv's with your favorite streaming services

There is a shared laundry room in the back of the house containing brand new washer and dryer. Finding a rental that has air conditioning and washer and dryer units are not easy to find in the La Fortuna area.

All bedrooms in this house are equal size. Perfect for traveling with friends and family as it eliminates the awkward decision on who gets the biggest room and how to split the bill.

Guest access:
To access the top floor you will need to use the stairs located on the side of the house. Stairs are fully covered in case of rain.

La Fortuna base
The modern property was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. We felt very secure in the gated community, with 24 hours security. Close to downtown and all of the activities La Fortuna offers.
