Spacious, bright, modern, comfortable and not overlooked apartment located in a small, quiet and peaceful residence, in a dead end street.

At the end of the dead end, 200m by walk, you will find the fine sandy beaches (Argentière, Pellegrin, Léoube).

The air-conditioned apartment consists of:

- A large 40m2 living-dining room with TV, DVD player, WIFI internet, opening onto a very green 50m² garden facing south with garden furniture and deckchair.

- A fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, WC

- Several loggias to the south and north, practical for storing bikes and beach items.

- Baby equipment available: cot and high chair

- A parking space in the closed and secured residence

Near the apartment (200m), multiple shops (bakery, butcher, mini market, press, take-away pizzas ...)

The Miramar port with its restaurants, various shops, water sports (windsurfing, diving, catamaran ...) is a short walk from the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Gross genug und gut möbliert, sehr sauber und strandnah. Alle notwendigen elektrischen Geräte sind vorhanden und funktionieren auch gut. Die Küche ist gut und sehr ausreichend ausgestattet. Lediglich das check-in ist verbesserungswürdig aufgrund erheblicher Sprachbarrieren. Ansknsten eine gute Wohnung um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Très bonne situation à 2 pas des plages. Logement spacieux et fidèle au descriptif avec un espace couvert et sécurisé pour stocker les vélos : très pratique! Seul petit bémol : manque de (grande) casserole (quelques casseroles mais le téflon n'est malheureusement plus en bon état).

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans votre appartement. Il est idéalement situé (plage et Sentiers à proximité + sites touristiques proches). La résidence sécurisée et le petit jardin clos sont des atouts indéniables quand nous avons des enfants en bas âges. L'ensemble du logement est aussi très bien équipé (électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, rangement etc). Si vous deviez toutefois ajouter quelques choses, nous vous conseillons un embout au robinet de la cuisine et une horloge. Nous vous remercions pour cette location.

Ruhige, schöne Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig. Zweckmässig und gut eingerichtet (Küchenuntensilien etc.), bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Die Umgebung ist gepflegt und ruhig. Der private Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Stand ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar und bietet genug Platz und Schatten (grosse Bäume), auch genug Parkplätze wenn man das Auto nimmt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Aufgrund der vielen Mücken, Mückenspray nicht vergessen!

De vakantiewoning is prima, voldeed aan de verwachtingen en is erg rustig gelegen. Het strand is op een paar honderd meter afstand en is vrijuit toegankelijk zonder parkeerkosten. Dat is uitzonderlijk. De tuin is erg beschut en daarom in deze tijd van het jaar (febr./mrt) heerlijk om buiten te zitten. De ontvangst verliep niet helemaal vlekkeloos. De contactpersoon was eerst telefonisch niet bereikbaar en leest zijn app berichten laat. Helaas had hij ook voor onze aankomst de verwarming niet aangezet. Het huis was dus in eerste instantie erg koud . Het duurde een paar dagen voor het behaaglijk was. Ook de afspraak voor de controle bij vertrek werd niet goed nagekomen. De service laat dus wel wat te wensen over, maar het huis op zich is comfortabel en prima. Alle apparatuur werkte perfect. Wel zou een 2e sleutelbos aangenaam zijn of een ander alternatief: de code van het sleutelkastje. Overigens hebben we er een prima vakantie gehad. Marinus en Lettie ten Brinke, Nunspeet, Nederland

Wir hatten im Grunde einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement. Haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das einzige Problem war leider, das wir die wunderschöne Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten auf Grund einer Mückenplage. Sobald man draußen war, hatte man 5 Mücken auf der Haut. Die Nähe zum Strand war wie beschrieben. Leider waren im Oktober schon alle Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung geschlossen. Aber mit Auto war das auch kein Problem. Wir sind nach einer Woche sehr erholt und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen

Bel appartement propre et bien entretenu. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition au niveau cuisine, vaisselle et produits ménagers. Petit espace extérieur agréable, clos, ainsi qu'un espace d'accueil à l'entrée. Les environs très agréables. Seul petit bémol, les toilettes dans la salle de bain. Excellent séjour dans résidence calme et accès rapide à la plage de l'argentiere. Toutes commodités et parking privé. Appartement propre et bien tenu, équipement mériterait peut-être d'être complété (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine...) mais rien de rédhibitoire. Accueil sympathique. Nous recommandons !

3 semaines délicieuses !
Nous avons loué le Rez de jardin du 07 au 28 août - nous l’avons quitté ce matin et il nous manque déjà ! Très bien accueillis avec de bons conseils de balades et aussi de la documentation sur place, ce séjour fut grandement à la hauteur de nos espérances. La propreté et fonctionnalité de l’appartement sont irréprochables, le sas d’entrée digicodé privé, la terrasse et le jardin (avec ce beau palmier) sont de merveilleux atouts. La résidence est d’un calme impressionnant et la mer à 2 pas. Le restaurant l’Hemingway fut notre QG mais les autres restaurants sont également très bien et le camion « Chez Choa » fait des pizzas délicieuses (la Lolita est excellente). Le propriétaire est tout à fait charmant, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de le rencontrer mais nous le savons très a l’écoute pour avoir échangé par mail et sms. Notre fille a adoré plonger grâce a Aqualonde situé au port proposant de superbes formules. Les visites aux îles d’or sont à découvrir aussi bien sûr. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Parfait en tous points ! Très bien situé pour la plage , courses , visites de la région ; petit jardin agréable et appartement très grand et bien agencé . Accueil chaleureux. Les remarques faites au propriétaire sont écoutées . Réclamation pour un transat supplémentaire . Satisfaction le soir même de notre arrivée . Une petite théière et éventuellement un pommeau de douche plus grand peut être pour un 5 + ! La pelouse synthétique est plutôt une excellente idée . Les jardins voisins en terre ou gravier sont très moches …. Merci à M Combe pour l accueil et à Éric le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute . Séjour très agréable
Appartement très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnnes. La terrasse et le jardin sont aussi très agréables, le grand hall d'entrée est très pratique pour les vélos, affaires de plage etc... La résidence est calme et bien située pour aller à la plage et visiter la région. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
