Great villa for our family!
Located in a quiet street about a 20 minute walk from the main "strip" where there are lots of great restaurants. Good supermarket 10 min walk away which was set in lovely "village square" with nice shops and restaurants.
Pool big enough for our two teenagers with floats and garden area had lots of space.
Very clean villa with full maid service after our first week. Had everything you would need for your stay.
Would definitely stay here again.

On arrival we were met instantly, the location was perfect for shops,bars and restaurants.
Everything was there for cooking, bbq etc

Fantastic stay for our family
We had a fantastic time at this villa. It was everything we needed. Very clean and well equipped. The pool is that bit bigger than it looks on the pictures. My 5 year old son, 2 year old daughter , wife and I loved it. The owner is very helpful should you need any assistance. BBQ are is brilliant. Close to the shops and beaches. Private parking spot. Hope we can go back and visit again soon. Thanks Patricia and Natacha.

Everything we hoped for
Villa Tajinaste is in a quiet residential area so it is peaceful and relaxed. The house is airy, spacious, clean and very well equipped, so you have all the conveniences of home. The pool area is the highlight and was the excitement for my sons. It is a good size even for 3 teenage boys. The barbecue is also great. While the area is quiet there is a shopping area with good restaurants and a good sized supermarket within an easy 10 minute walk. Corralejo is just a 25 minute stroll away. The water park is close by but this was closed in February.

Sehr schöne Gegend im Norden gut zu erreichen wenn man ein Auto hat viele Einkaufts Möglichkeiten rund herum 10Minuten bis in die City und zum Strand
Das Haus selber ist sehr groß und hell die Küche ist schon es was älter aber alles da was man braucht außer eine Anmerkung ein paar Weingläser wären nicht schlecht gewesen das andere Problem die kleinen netten Tierischen man muss ein Handtuch vor die Tür legen somit kommen Sie nicht in die Wohnung hinein da sollte man sich doch noch was überlegen der Pool groß und immer erfrischend sehr ruhig gelegen das Haus parken vor dem Haus auch OK da die Straßes ehr schmal ist und überwiegend Einbahnstraßen sind wir waren sehr zufrieden auch mit Natacha die das ganze verwaltet
Es gibt kein Salz Pfeffer und Essig Olivenöl dort im Haus muss man sich selber versorgen damit würde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen wahren im allen sehr zufrieden

Belle découverte, superbe au pont d’avoir déjà réservé la villa pour octobre.
Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans cette villa, avec tout le confort nécessaire , piscine et extérieur sans vis à vis et tranquillité assuré.
La villa est extrêmement bien placé autant pour se rendre à pied au centre ville « grande avenue » que pour les sportifs le joggings du matin le long de la grande plage.
Le service est très réactif aux besoins. Place de stationnement devant la maison.
Pour les surfeurs de la place pour entreposer le matériels et le rincer après sorties.
Les magazines de ravitaillement sont à 5 minutes en voitures .
En résumé, nous avons réservé pour deux semaines en octobre , ´C’est une belle découverte qui correspond pleinement a nos besoins .

Die Location ist einer der besten in Corralejo. Ruhig, aber nah zum Einkaufs/Party-Meile & Strand.
++ Internet schnell und relativ leicht einzurichten. Alle 5 Geräte konnten über WiFi verbunden werden und hatten gleichzeitig Zugang zum Internet.
++ Einchecken auch um 12:00 möglich. War positiv überrascht, wie schnell wir die Schlüssel bekommen haben.
++ In 10 Tagen 2 Mal Putzkolone.
+ Relativ nah an Strand. Man kann morgens mit den Surf-Nomaden hin und abends zurück
+ Beten sind stabil und sauber. Wir konnten ohne Rückenschmerzen gut schlafen.
+ Die große Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind relativ neu und funktionell
+ Es gibt tatsächlich 3 Schlafzimmer und keine der 6 Personen muss im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa schlafen. (Wie andere Inserate in diesem Region die Anzahl der Schlafplätze gerne übertrieben)
+ Das Haus ist Alarm gesichert.
o Der Tisch und die Stühle in der Küche sind viel neuer als die alte Einbauküchenelemente (IKEA machts möglich)
o Müllentsorgungskonzept relativ OK. Mann muss 100m zu Fuß zum Container (Glas, Plastik/Verpackung, Papier, Hausmüll)
o Küche ist mit Allem nötigen für 6 Personen ausgestattet
o Es gibt (wie im meisten Ferienhäuser) keine Garderobe im Flur oder in der Diele. Man hat aber reichlich Platz für Sofa und Sessel.
o Die Klopapierhalter sind magnetisch und schwergängig aber funktionieren. Bitte vorsichtig öffnen, weil jemand schon die Dübel aus der Wand gerissen hat.
- Die Kühlschranktür wurde mit Anschlag-Rechts montiert statt Links. Der Kühlschrank erlaubt eine Montage mir dem Türanschlag links und so wäre es auch viel einfacher gewesen etwas aus dem Kühlschrank zu holen und auf dem Tisch zu stellen.
- Tor funktioniert nicht. Man kann mit dem Auto nicht auf den Hof.
- Wanduhr in der Küche funktioniert nicht
- Der Wasserkocher leckt Wasser
- Lüfter im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht
- Insektenschutz gab einmal, jetzt ist an allen Fenstern kaputt.
- Die Fenster sind schwergängig und relativ verrostet.
-- Die Einbauküchenmöbel fehlt auseinander. Die Hängeschränke verlieren ihre Unterrahmen, die Laminierung der Fachböden und Seitenwände kommt ab, die Arbeitsplattenleiste hat sich von der Wand gelöst.
--- Kakerlaken im Haus (~2cm groß). Nachdem ich unter der Eibauküchenschränke hinter Lippenleiste gründlich den jahrelangen Dreck geputzt habe und lebendige/tote Insekte entfernt habe, gab es keine weitere Begegnungen. Wir haben die Leiste, während unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr angebracht damit sich keine Viecher sich einnisten können.

Hin- und hergerissen
Der erste Eindruck war ganz ok, aber bei genauerem Betrachten sah man dann doch einige Mängel:
- das Haus war nicht ganz sauber
- Der Pool war dreckig (nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Eigentümerin wurde dieser am zweiten Tag gereinigt)
- Die Fenster haben nur bedingt funktioniert
- Der Duschkopf war kaputt
- Insektengitter waren defekt
Das wäre noch im Rahmen gewesen, doch wir haben dann schnell festgestellt, dass es dort Kakerlaken gibt!
Der Aufenthalt war entsprechend nicht sehr komfortabel.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Eigentümerin, sagte sie uns, dass sie nichts von Kakerlaken wisse - was uns ein bisschen irritiert hat, denn im Haus standen bereits Fallen.
Nun ja, es gab dann relativ viel hin und her und uns wurde zunächst eine ungerechtfertigte Zusatzgebühr aufgebrummt. Hinzu kam dann noch ein technischer Fehler, wodurch sich die Zusatzgebühr nach versuchter Korrektur noch mehr als verdoppelt hat. Beides ist aber anscheinend nur durch ein Missverständnis zwischen Fewo-Direkt und der Eigentümerin entstanden. Hier wäre eine bessere Kommunikation von Fewo-Direkt gewünscht gewesen, auch in unsere Richtung. Die Kollegen haben dann aber relativ schnell gesagt, dass wir uns selbst mit der Eigentümerin in Verbindung setzen sollten. Völlig daneben ist jedenfalls, dass solche Beträge überhaupt nachträglich berechnet werden können.
Im Endeffekt haben uns mit der Eigentümerin in Verbindung gesetzt, sie hat sich sehr gut verhalten und wir haben keine Zusatzgebühr gezahlt. Fewo-Direkt hat sich aber nicht mit Ruhm bekleckert.

Great location close to shopping centre
House has great location with 2 reserved parking placed right in front of the house. The house itself is nice and complete. Some items have rust and should be replaced. Wifi is superfast and working great. In livingroom there should be more comfy sofas or chairs. Also some cushions for outside furniture would be nice… most of time is spend outdoors. Overall impression; nice but needs quite some updates/overhaul. Rest was good and we will return.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist optimal auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Natacha, die Betreuerin vor Ort, ist nicht nur freundlich sondern reagiert bei Anfragen sehr schnell und kompetent. Die fußläufige Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt ist ideal. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von einem hohem Zaun umgeben, so dass man in Ruhe Privatatmosphäre genießen kann.
Ich fahre jedes Jahr nach Corralejo und empfinde dieses Haus als die beste Unterkunft, in der ich bisher war.

Beste Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub
Diese Villa ist eine der besten Unterkünfte in dieser Preisklasse in Corralejo. Die Lage ist gut - der Innenstadtbereich beginnt in 10 Gehminuten Entfernung, ebenso der erste der drei Stadtstrände. In fünf Minuten ist ein Einkaufszentrum zu erreichen, ebenso ist man in dieser Zeit bereits am Wasser. Die Ausstattung ist so gut wie komplett - wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst.
Alle Räumlichkeiten befinden sich ebenerdig (wer einmal in einem Untergeschoss genächtigt hat weiß dieses zu schätzen). Die Zimmer sind mehr als ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet (Ikea sei Dank). Die Schlafmöglichkeiten für sechs Personen in drei Zimmern sind gut. Die Matratzen sehr gut. Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die beiden anderen Schlafräume verfügen über getrennte Betten. Die beiden Bäder sind geräumig und in beiden befindet sich eine Badewanne.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls gut - alles was man gebraucht ist vorhanden. Alle sanitären Einrichtungen sind auf neuen Stand und funktionieren einwandfrei.
Der Außenbereich ist toll: groß mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und ausreichend großem Pool. Auch eine gepflegte Dachterrasse ist vorhanden, die wir aufgrund der Sonneneinstrahlung aber nicht genutzt haben. der Außenbereich ist auch so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Die Nachbarschaft eine Mischung aus touristisch genutzten Mietobjekten und spanischen Eigentümerfamilien ist ruhig und angenehm.
Wir (ein Paar mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern) können diese Villa übereinstimmend nur empfehlen und würde diese selbst immer wieder buchen.
Ach ja, die Kontakte zur Vermieterin Patricia bzw. zur örtlichen Betreuerin Natascha waren vorbildlich. Es wurde immer schnell geantwortet und vor Ort war Natascha stets erreichbar - obgleich wir diesen Service nur bei An- und Abreise nutzen mussten.

La villa es magnífica, tranquila y limpia, aunque echamos de menos que no dispusiera de caja de seguridad ni de lavavajillas. El trato de la persona encargada de recibirnos y atendernos fue magnífico. Muy recomendable, repetiremos seguro.

Schönes, sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Pool und Aussengrill
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für unsere beiden Kinder (8 und 9 Jahre). Der Aussengrill ist perfekt, wenn man im Urlaub gerne grillt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (nur eine Reibe fehlte ☺️). Natacha hat uns bei der Ankunft mit ein paar frischen Lebensmitteln versorgt - ganz lieben Dank noch einmal dafür. Zu Fuß in die Stadt oder zum Stadtstrand sind es 15 Minuten. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub! Den Punktabzug gibt es, weil die Handtücher nicht wie versprochen nach einer Woche gegen frische Handtücher ausgetauscht wurden.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla
Es ist eine wunderschönes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit nahezu kompletter Ausstattung, großer Terrasse und Pool zur Südseite, geräumigen Zimmern, viel Platz in den Schränken und geschmackvoller Einrichtung, ausreichend Besteck, Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Küchenmesser, Waschmaschine, lediglich ein Geschirrspüler fehlt.
Fernsehen und Internet gibt es über einen spanischen Kabelanbieter namens Moviestar mit sehr schnellen 200 MBit/s und zahlreichen spanischen Programmen, leider keine ausländischen, aber wer will schon bei dem schönen Wetter vor dem Fernseher sitzen.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder, die Fotos zeigen die Realität dieses schönen Ferienhauses.

Helle und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in zentraler und dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage!
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schnell und problemlos. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden wöchentlich gewechselt. Der Pool war im
November recht kalt aber durch die mehrmalige Wartung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Durch das herrliche Wetter haben wir die neuen Liegen und das Daybed auf der Terrasse sehr genossen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, ein Hiper Dino und ein paar kleine Geschäfte waren fussläufig zu erreichen, auch der Weg zum Strand war gut zu Fuß machbar.
Mehrmals wöchentlich findet in der Nähe verschiedene Märkte statt.
Das Haus liegt in einer mit einer Schranke versehenen Straße, wodurch man das Auto gut vor dem Haus parken kann und es ist dadurch auch sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist mit einer Alarmanlage gesichert.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Très belle île avec des panoramas dépaysants et des superbes plages.
Très belle villa. Confortable, disposant de toutes les commodités nécessaires afin de passer un bon séjour. Personne de contact très agréable et disponible pour toute sorte de services. Proximité d’un centre commercial agréable. 15mn de marche pour arriver au centre névralgique de Corralejo avec les bars et les restaurants.
