Newly constructed 2400 square foot townhouse built in 2023, on two levels plus a rooftop patio with fire-pit and sunset views. Accommodations feature 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suites. The primary bedroom includes a large soaker tub as well as a shower and double sinks. There is a large private office with dual work stations and high speed internet on the second floor. It is equipped with monitors and printer.
A whole house water purification system and an under-sink RO unit ensure healthy drinking and bathing. This townhouse has a 10,000 litre water storage tank ensuring no shortage of water.
Fully equipped with custom made high end furnishings, high quality bed and bath linens and textiles. Bedrooms have custom blackout draperies ensuring a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with quality dinnerware, stemware, bake-ware, cookware, utensils and cutlery.
This property is secure with gated entry and electronic front door lock-set and deadbolt.
There is one free "exclusive parking" area on the street of Calle Revolucion. Parking is not available inside the gated area.
The backyard pool and patio area is equipped with an outdoor shower, large cantilever umbrella, high quality loungers, and patio dining table and chairs. Accent lighting throughout the garden area. Pool is heated through the winter months. Pool and garden service is provided weekly.
From the gated property, it is a 2 block walk to the Malecon of La Paz, one of the longest in all of Mexico. Great for roller blading and walks or the morning jog. A bike path runs the length of the Malecon and beyond. A breathtakingly beautiful vista view can be had by Bike or walk on the Malecon. You are in the heart of many famous restaurants and shopping. A food market is only a few blocks away. Coffee Shops and eateries are a short walk away. Frida's Garden is a must for breakfast or lunch and is located a short 15 minute walk away. Dolce Cuarenta Cafe is the best coffee house in La Paz, conveniently located in the same building as Frida's Garden.

Best place to stay in LaPaz
Wow this place was immaculate. Everything was brand new and clean. My family has been taking summer trips to LaPaz for over 10 years now. And this will definitely be our summer home for the near future. The location is great, very private yet locally centered. We enjoyed the bikes, pool and rollerblades that they provided. The couch was thee most comfortable couch we’ve ever experienced. Movie night was a must. Thelma gave us a warm welcoming and even surprised us with a fantastic welcome gift. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t want to leave.
