Legacy Villas are located in a gated community, next to (but not affiliated with) the La Quinta Spa & Resort. This luxury two bedroom, two bath villa is in the heart of La Quinta, offering world class golf, dining, tennis, biking and spa facilities. Our luxury villa offers a great location --steps away from the main pool, restaurant and workout area.. The condo is updated and has all the comforts of home, including a gas grill, 3 flat screen TV's, WIFI, updated kitchen, luxury bedding and towels. This villa is perfect for one or two couples, a family with children, and fun getaways with your friends. There are two master suites, each with a king size bed and a beautiful bath with tub and separate walk-in shower. It can be a "lock-off" unit, with separate entrances if you want complete privacy with a studio and a one bedroom unit. Or you can open it up and it is a 2 bedroom unit. There is a new comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room and 2 leather reclining chairs.. Other features include a complete dining room area, living room with fireplace, washer-dryer, and two large decks offering glorious views. Complimentary wireless internet is provided for your convenience, as is cable, and free local and long distance calls. Family vacation
We had a great holiday. What a perfect location! Our extended family rented a nearby villa and we were able to easily walk to one another’s homes as well as delicious nearby restaurants. Great hikes close by and beautiful pools. There were 5 of us and the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the villa was otherwise perfect.

This is one of worst places we have stayed
When we arrive the the TV's were all messed up. They did not give us the correct password for Internet The owner's phone numbers were disconnected. There was no manager to help us. No soap was left in bathroom or shower. There was no back up supplies. The unit is very dark.

La Quinta Perfection
This gorgeous and exceptionally clean condo was so perfect for a weekend with my bestie. I hope to be back very soon and loved every single thing about this place! The main pool feels like you were at a resort, the fitness center was fantastic and we ended up doing Miles of walking on the beautiful nearby trails. A huge thank you to the host for allowing an early check-in and late check out as well. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this was.

We had an excellent week at your property. It was exactly as you described. It was very comfortable for two couples. The only complaint was that the stove and barbecue did not get hot enough and took longer to cook everything. We have found that at a few places that we rented. We would definitely rent from you again. Mm

The condo was very nice. I am an extreme clean freak and my only wishes would have been that bathroom rugs were clean (extremely dirty), blanket and mattress pad were washed and sanitized (mattress pad was horrifying) along with the entrance and patio being cleaned off due to extreme dust.

Stayed here with friends for Coachella. We absolutely loved the property - it was so spacious and well lit. Mary Jane was also wonderful in helping us find additional sheets for the pullout couch. We made wonderful memories here together as a group, and we hope to return again in the future if she’ll have us!!

Really nice location, needs a few things
First, the host was very helpful in the few interactions we had. Legacy Village is really lovely and in a great location (right next to La Quinta). Nice little clubhouse grill even. The villas, including this one, are large and with nice decks/porches. They are older and you can see it in this one, although some upgrades have been made, particularly countertops, new frig and partial bathroom. Beds comfortable. TVs have all the channels which is nice. Would like to give it a strong review but carpets/bath rugs looked dirty/stained and pillows were truly awful. Inside of cabinets very beat up and pantry messy. Can't really recommend with those particular types of issues but the good news is that they can be fixed very easily with little expense. Would be nice to provide a little coffee and usable bath soap (liquid would be fine).

Lovely Condo In A Great Location!
We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, quiet and comfortable condo. It was perfect for two couples to share and it had everything we needed. We attended the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament which is located nearby. The owner is very nice and communications with her were great. We will definitely stay here again!

We stay at Legacy Villas all of the time and would highly recommend this unit. It was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and even had plastic dishes for the kids! It was very clean and was well represented by the photos.

Great place and perfect location
All was as advertised. Great spot with two nice sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Comfortable living space and kitchen. Only issue we ran into was the TV in the main living space kept going out on us, but we weren’t in the condo too much, so not a biggie. Location was close to old town La Quinta, which had great restaurants!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

Legacy Billas Stay
This is the third trip to Legacy Villas in three different units. Our stay this time at Mary Jane’s place was by far the best. The unit is clear, updated and located well for the main pool.
