Located in a courtyard, 2 patios to enjoy the sound and view of the courtyard fountain, as well as lush landscaping and the lovely morning sun. This villa has been highly upgraded with Flat Screen TV’s in the living room and both master suites. Featuring a fully-furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom, oasis retreat offering two King beds in the suites and two twin beds in the middle room you will have room for everyone. The chef's kitchen with a dining table for 6 and spacious family room are perfect for relaxing. For your convenience, the main patio is equipped with a private grill and you will enjoy free wireless internet during your stay. The community features 9 gorgeous salt-water pools and spas, the state-of-the-art fitness facility, the clubhouse with lounge, meeting rooms, and outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, a large resort style pool area with beach entry and private cabanas and Legacy Grill. This is a 24/7 guard gated community.

We had a lacrosse tournament at the Empire Polo Fields. This place was a great place to stay. Lots of pools, fitness center, club house and areas for groups to enjoy. Nice roomy place.

We LOVE this property. This was our 4th time staying here. Few suggestions for the property manager: the pots and pans were all old and burnt, there were appliance available to use but had missing pieces (so were unusable), we would suggest also increasing the amount of cutlery. Other than that the rooms were comfortable and inviting.

Beautiful location tucked up against the mountains in La Quinta. Villa was very comfortable and well equipped. Complex well maintained and so quiet. Would recommend highly. Management company responsive although we didn’t need anything.

Comfortable condo, good location
3 bedroom condo with two large master bedrooms w en-suite baths and a third bedroom w two twins beds. Not the optimal layout for our family of 4 but it worked. Small but well stocked kitchen. Older furnishings but comfortable. Nice balcony patios. Good location near entrance and main pool. Cable and internet stopped working on New Years Day, cable company couldn’t help without account number and long hold times, and property manager was unavailable. But they deducted their $250 service fee (charged in addition to the VRBO fee) so we appreciated that gesture. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but maybe not over a holiday when property manager is closed and unreachable.

The Legacy Villas is a lovely property. We loved our daily walks around the area. Check in was easy as is parking and close to everything in La Quinta. The beds were super comfy and there was enough space for all our family. I’d rent again!

End of the summer trip
Perfect is the best word to describe our stay. Everything was exactly as described and our children had a blast and some much needed R&R. The facilities were really close. There was a missing key when we arrived, but we just let them know in advance and they were very friendly and made sure to note it. I would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

The rental was great except for the cleanliness of it. For what they charged me for a cleaning fee I expected the place to immaculate, but there was spider webs and a lot of dust.

Great family accommodation!
We would definitely recommend this condo! It was bigger and more spacious than we expected. Perfect for two families to share. Clean, and very comfortable. We also loved the pools and jacuzzi. This resort has very nice amenities! We would love to rent it again when we return to La Quinta!
