Great stay
Good hotel within walking distance of lovely Honfleur. Very friendly and swift service at check -in, bar and check-out. Everything was ready for us (including requested infant cot set up). Very spacious - we had a quadruple which is on 2 floors with 2 bathrooms, plenty of room for family of 5. Some parts of the hotel look a little dated (carpets quite worn) but very clean and comfortable. The pool / spa looks very new and impressive

This was a pretty little piece of property that was easily accessed from Le Havre, but our room was fairly bare bones. Clean and tidy, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast wasn’t included, but smelled delicious. Didn’t have time to visit the spa portion of the property, but the grounds and lobby area were nice. Would visit again.

Hotel is in a great location, close to lovely town of Honfleur and the bigger city of LeHavre. I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa and indoor swimming pool with very warm water.

Our stay was ok, visiting the area for the Womens Football world Cup. Hotel was clean and tidy, but a little dated and could do with some refurbishment. Only stayed for 1 night, so ideal for that.

Disappointing Spa hotel
Disappointed with this hotel. On arrival it's obvious it's not in walking distance to any amend except a Macdonald's and our request for a taxi was almost laughed at. The hotel is dated and tired, the rooms basic & grubby & lacking any comforts associated with a spa hotel. On arrival we weren't advised of any of the amenities or how to access them. The hotel is pet friendly so there are tell tale signs of animal presence, not least behind reception- if that's your thing then it's no problem but it's a far cry from usual Spa hotels. Cheap stopover but not a luxury stay.

Not quite as I wxpected
No shower in first room so was moved to another room for disabled people with a wet room. Both the tap and the shower head were partly blocked- water shot out at angles. Almost impossible to use the sink. No dish for the soap.

Good hotel for visiting Honfleur
Hotel is well situated for parking, and a 25 minute walk into the centre of Honfleur. Enjoyed the pool (not large for exercise but nice relaxing experience). Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner in one area. Bed was very comfortable and the family suite we had worked well for us (2 separate rooms). I noted that there did not appear to be smoke detectors or sprinklers in the rooms / corridor and the fire escape was quite a long way from the room we were in, which is surprising for a European hotel. Quite a slow wait for staff to arrive at the reception to check out.

Mediocre hotel
Was looking forward to using the 'spa', but was disappointed to find it was full of children. There was not enough seating and everyone who was in the water had put their towels on the chairs so we had to use the floor for our things. We ended up staying for five minutes, but the volume of noise the kids were making didn't make for a relaxing spa experience. We ended up coming back at 8.30 so we could use the pool, but what with the couples canoodling in the water and every swimming stroke getting another handful of someone's long hair it was awful. We paid far too much money for a mediocre hotel. I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

The hotel was perfectly situated for a short stroll into honfleur (or an even shorter drive but parking is expensive) the accommodation was pretty basic but spacious & clean.
