A weeks skiing in Villeneuve Serre Chevalier
Excellent fully equipped warm and comfortable apartment in close proximity to slopes with accommodation which suited family plus grandparents. Itā€™s on the third floor with views and balcony, but there is no lift. Ski locker on ground floor (only for skis). Itā€™s a great place.

Le descriptif et les photographies de lā€™appartement sont trĆØs fidĆØles Ć  la rĆ©alitĆ©. La dĆ©coration et lā€™amĆ©nagement sont dans le style chaleureux dā€™un chalet cosy et cocoon. Cet appartement de ski rĆ©ussi lā€™exploit de proposer 3 chambres et une zone de couchage en mezzanine, pour une surface totale de 60 mĆØtres carrĆ©s. Ce cloisonnement permet Ć  6 adultes (grand maximum) dā€™avoir des zones dā€™intimitĆ©, mais rend les surfaces des chambres trĆØs minimales. Lā€™Ć©quipement de lā€™appartement est parfait, et les deux salles de bain et toilettes reprĆ©sentent un confort important au retour dā€™une journĆ©e de ski ! La rĆ©sidence est trĆØs calme, Ć  Ć©quidistance des commerces et de la premiĆØre remontĆ©e mĆ©canique (tĆ©lĆ©cabine de Frejus) : 5 minutes de marche pour des adultes. La propriĆ©taire, contactĆ©e plusieurs fois en amont du sĆ©jour, a toujours Ć©tĆ© Ć  lā€™Ć©coute, rĆ©active et trĆØs cordiale. Nous avons toutefois rencontrĆ© un problĆØme avec la Ā«conciergerieĀ» de lā€™appartement : lits non faits Ć  lā€™arrivĆ©e (habituĆ©s des locations, cā€™est une premiĆØre pour nous), demande de caution alors que cela nā€™Ć©tait pas stipulĆ© dans notre contrat, demande de dĆ©part en fin de sĆ©jour avant lā€™heure indiquĆ©e sur le contrat, acceptation de la bonne heure de dĆ©part sous conditions ... Nous espĆ©rons que ces problĆØmes soient ponctuels, et que cela ne pĆ©nalise pas les qualitĆ©s indĆ©niables de lā€™appartement et la communication trĆØs agrĆ©able avec la propriĆ©taire.
