A bit run down...
The Costa Real is quite down at the heels. The lobby is pleasant enough and the staff very accommodating. But the place is in sore need of a sprucing up. By the way, there was no air conditioning in my room. With the window open, I was hardly lulled to sleep by the noise of the street below.

Camas comodas, ubicacion cerca del centro pero lejos de la playa. Todo limpio y el personal muy amable. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que en la ducha se salia mucho el agua y el ruido desde la calle, pero el resto todo bien.

No existe atención pensada en el cliente. Mi reserva incluida impuestos y cargos, aun así el hotel cobro otros impuestos, al mostrarles el detalle de mi reserva, la desestimaron, dieron escusa tras escusa que ni ellos estaban convencidos. Finalmente la respuesta que me dieron era que me tenia que entender con la plataforma. Ninguna consideración con el cliente. Y para colmo, quisieron cobrar un consumo del frigobar que no realice. Una decepcionante experiencia,
