The new villa for 2 people is ideally located in Canda - Somone (small hill) in a pretty residential area, very quiet, a few steps from the beach.

According to your desires you will have your breakfasts and your meals in a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen opening onto a 25m2 terrace, outdoor lounge, mobile bar, barbecue, outdoor shower, with a magnificent view of an orchard of 1000m2, lush garden with its flamboyant colors.

You will be delighted during your naps on the deckchairs !!!

The interior of the villa offers a beautiful living room, large flat screen with satellite reception, bathroom (walk-in shower) closet adds to the large bedroom of 25m2,
canopy bed 190X200 equipped with its mosquito net.

Maoundé our housekeeper will do everything necessary to make your stay pleasant, always smiling she will be present to prepare your meals if you wish.
She will clean 2 half days a week at your convenience.
Possibility to rent a swimming pool to see on site with Maoundé.

nous avons attendus 10 jours pour avoir machine a café, lave linge, gaziniere. des bêtes dans les placards cuisine. des ouvriers tous les jours dans la propriété. toute la vaiselle est a jeter. agressé à 4 heures du matin a l'interieur de la maison
