You can spend a great weekend here, an unforgettable holiday in the peace and quiet, while being close to the beach. Park your car (private parking outside), put your bags down, and enjoy!

300 meters from the beach and 5mn from the famous hotel la Corniche, in this jewel of the Pyla, we invite you for pleasant and serene holidays!

Here is how your flat is composed:
On the 1st and last floor of a small residence of 9 lots, your flat of 28M2 comfortably accommodates a couple, separate bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room.

At the entrance, a storeroom, independent toilet, large living room with a superb ceiling height and beautiful frame, bay windows on the terrace, sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, many cupboards.

The terrace is covered, sunny for breakfast, and it's nice to be able to breathe in the afternoon and at aperitif time when returning from the beach without being in the south...
Table for 4 people, 4 chairs, there is a removable table for the bad days in the living room, for 2, for 4, it is a low or high table...

Activities :
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can access the flat from the Bordeaux expressway, exit Pyla, and avoid Arcachon... 6mn by car and you are at home !
Take advantage of the Moulleau just next door, with its many restaurants, shops and ice cream parlours.
You can also discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district in Arcachon with its superb turn of the century houses, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Basin!
The little train in front of the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view of Arcachon!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon, then take advantage of the beaches and leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla at the end of the day, superb sunset!
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular ferries from the Thiers pier in Arcachon to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
A direct shuttle to Cap Ferret, Moulleau jetty, but be careful to check the tide and timetable...
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the river leyre, at the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak.
