Not as customer friendly as a full fledged hotel stay ( this is a resort village, not an hotel), It has perks (animations, entertainment and vacation spirit). . The only minor issue, the inside parking is located inside a set of pine trees, Some parking places are very difficult to access (partially blocked by the trees), and the number of places is pretty small, if you arrive late (after 8:00pm,9:00pm, you will have to park outside in the street (there is plenty of room,though)

Une seul nuit réservée pour passer un week-end avec mes enfants. Ménage pas fait à notre arrivée. Taxe de séjours facturé 2 fois oar la jeune fille de l'accueil. Lors du remboursement le lendemain à mon départ, même pas un petit désolé ou excuser nous!!! Rien.... Aucune explications sur le fonctionnementde l'établissement. Alors que le lendemain pour seux qui arrive pour une semaine, pot d'acceuil, explications sur les différentes prestations, que nous aurions pu utiliser sur nos deux jours si nous avions été mis au courant. Bref on s'ai sentis exclu, avec notre bracelet rose en papier.

L'accueil n'est pas à l'écoute et expéditive. Le reste des services sont de qualité. Dommage de proposer des nuitées en mode hôtellerie et ne pas adapter les horaires d'arrivée et de départ à ce type de prestation. Le départ tardif à 12h au lieu de 9h30 proposé à 27e nous a été refusé sous prétexte d'être uniquement réservé aux locataires à la semaine. Les personnels à l'Accueil donnent peu d'explications sur les modalités pratiques et sont peu accueillants. Les personnels de restauration, le bar, et l'animation rattrapent la convivialité... Heureusement.

INADMISSIBLE !!!! Réservation par booking pour 2 nuits, mais en arrivant sur place, on nous indique qu'il faudra changer de chambre le lendemain matin pour 10h00. C'est embêtant mais on accepte...le lendemain, en rendant la clé de la chambre, on nous indique qu'il faut attendre 16h00 pour avoir l'autre chambre... Je trouve cela inadmissible un tel agissement, et il nous indique que quand on réserve avec booking c'est ainsi...la blague.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Sauf bémol, réservation d'une chambre pour 3 nuits. On nous a fait changé de chambre pour la dernière nuit. Pas prévenu au moment de la réservation, et mis devant le fait accompli. Une partie de la matinée à devoir faire ça ! Tout en nous expliquant que c'est le système informatique de réservation qui gère ça ! Bref, commercialement, aucun geste proposé. Obligé de faire avec. Dommage car le reste est bien !!!
