vacation style, but limited ameniities
Not as customer friendly as a full fledged hotel stay ( this is a resort village, not an hotel), It has perks (animations, entertainment and vacation spirit). . The only minor issue, the inside parking is located inside a set of pine trees, Some parking places are very difficult to access (partially blocked by the trees), and the number of places is pretty small, if you arrive late (after 8:00pm,9:00pm, you will have to park outside in the street (there is plenty of room,though)

Au niveau de la restauration, dommage que les "entrées" soient pratiquement identiques tous les jours ! A part cela le séjour a été très agréable. Beaucoup d'animation avec des animateurs très gentils et disponibles.

INADMISSIBLE !!!! Réservation par booking pour 2 nuits, mais en arrivant sur place, on nous indique qu'il faudra changer de chambre le lendemain matin pour 10h00. C'est embêtant mais on accepte...le lendemain, en rendant la clé de la chambre, on nous indique qu'il faut attendre 16h00 pour avoir l'autre chambre... Je trouve cela inadmissible un tel agissement, et il nous indique que quand on réserve avec booking c'est ainsi...la blague.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Sauf bémol, réservation d'une chambre pour 3 nuits. On nous a fait changé de chambre pour la dernière nuit. Pas prévenu au moment de la réservation, et mis devant le fait accompli. Une partie de la matinée à devoir faire ça ! Tout en nous expliquant que c'est le système informatique de réservation qui gère ça ! Bref, commercialement, aucun geste proposé. Obligé de faire avec. Dommage car le reste est bien !!!

À l'hôtel est assez vieux. Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait. Quelques problèmes techniques rencontrés notamment avec la baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas, Le barillet de la porte qui tournait dans le vide... Sinon le lieu est reposant et agréable.

Un joli village mais la chambre etait très basic… pourtant grande, très peu de confort et peu chaleureuse. même pas 2 serviettes de bain, et 2 lits séparé pour un couple… les lit auraient pu être rapproché.

Je suis déçu de ce lieu, qui sur les photos paraissait être chaleureux, la décoration est assez « ambiance hôpital » .. aucune prise à côté des lits, la propreté est à revoir (cheveux dans la douche, tâches sur les draps, araignées), de plus les petits lits que nous avions faisaient un bruit pas possible au moindre mouvement, donc au final nous avons très peu dormi (car départ obligatoire avant 10h) Point positif c’est la terrasse qui apporte un coin de tranquillité même si ce serai peut être mieux que ce soit une terrasse individuelle et non commune avec les chambres d’à côté (aucune séparation)

Le site est agréable. Par contre pour les petits déjeuners c’est pas top chocolat chaud immonde les viennoiseries dures (Ca devait être les restes de la veille). Concernant la chambre, équipement tres sommaire et manquant d’un peu de chaleur, pas de deco !

Séjour correct mais très déçus de la prestation restauration. En effet, 14€ par tête cela fait cher pour le repas présenté. Heureusement, nous ne l'avons qu'une fois pour essayer. La chambre est très spacieuse avec une très bonne literie mais très mal insonorisé. Parking très mal agencé et trop petit poir le nombre de véhicules a accueillir. Piscine super.
