Comfortable villa with beautiful garden
The villa is very well equipped and maintained, the garden is beautiful and full of flowers. Great views of the sea and Teide. Easy to find and very quiet. I would be happy to stay here again.

I wish for a house like that :)
It was a real pleasure to stay in the house. The well-kept garden is a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the Atlantic and the Teide. Great sunsets to see while lounging on the chaise-longs over a glass of wine. The house is practical and offers all amenities for a nice stay. Would definitely go there again.

Was für ein schöner Urlaub! Es fehlte nichts und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Einfach wunderbar! Der Blick aus dem Flur direkt auf das Meer ist unvergesslich und Erholung pur. Das Haus in La Palmita ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, auf den Tischen standen frische Blumen und eine Obstschale. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse konnten wir täglich den Teide sehen. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Von La Palmita ist es nicht weit nach Puerto de la Cruz oder Santa Ursula. Wir freuen uns auf eine Wiederholung.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet, eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, der Teide in Sichtweite, wenn ihn die Wolken nicht verdecken. Und wer nicht auf Massentourismus und Bettenburgen steht, der ist hier genau richtig.

Paradies über dem Atlantik
Wir haben dieses grosszügige Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten voller herrlich blühender Pflanzen und dem fantastischen Atlantikblick zu zweit 4 Wochen lang bewohnt - gleich am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem Blick auf die im Sonnenuntergang glühende Insel La Palma und den im Abendhimmel ganz nah erscheinenden Teide empfangen. Nach unseren Ausflügen kehrten wir jedesmal wie in ein kleines Paradies heim. Wunderbar ist die Ruhe - ausser Vogelzwitschern und Rascheln der kleinen Echsen im Blattwerk ist nichts zu hören. Das Haus lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - Hausrat ist grosszügig vorhanden, Küche und 2 Badezimmer sehr gut eingerichtet. Sehr genossen haben wir auch den gepflegten Pool, zu Fuss wenige Minuten entfernt, wo wir frühmorgens vollkommen allein schwimmen konnten. Als sehr positiv empfanden wir die Nähe zu Puerto de la Cruz - 16 Minuten mit dem Auto, und zum nächsten Supermarkt, 9 Autominuten entfernt. Über die nahe Autobahn sind auch alle anderen interessanten Ziele schnell erreichbar. Ein Ort, an dem man sich wunderbar erholen kann und der unvergessliche Bilder hinterlässt. Vielen Dank an Herrn Kroeger, auch für den Empfang mit der reichhaltigen Obstschale! Wir geben eine klare Empfehlung und kommen wieder. D.Weiss aus Berlin

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in wundervoller Kulisse
Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit sinnvoller Raumaufteilung, die auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für mehrere Erwachsene bietet. Fotos der Webseite stimmen vollkommen mit Realtität überein - traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, el Teide und gigantische Sonnenuntergänge; kurzer Weg zum Pool. Sehr netter Willkommensgruß in Form einer großen Fruchschale gefüllt mit allen Leckereien, die die Insel hergibt. Optimal ist die Lage der Terrasse, die zu jeder Zeit ein schattiges Plätzchen bot. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft
Es war unser erster Aufenthalt mit Kindern auf Teneriffa und wir haben die Lage der Unterkunft, nördlich nicht zu heiß mit ruhiger Lage (Mietwagen notwendig), sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Das Haus mit dem tollen, gepflegten Garten war eine Oase vor/nach unseren Ausflügen. Die Geckos sorgten für großes Staunen bei den Kindern. Das Inventar ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, aber komplett in Ordnung und benutzbar. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bequeme Gartenmöbel und tolle Sonnenuntergänge rundeten unseren Aufenthalt ab. Der tolle Gemeinschaftspool war sauber und wir waren meistens alleine am Pool. Die Küche, ausgestattet mit Backofen, Ceran-Touch-Kochfeld, Kühl-/Gefrieschrank-Kombination machen eine Selbstversorgung möglich. Diverse Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft verfügte über eine neue, saubere Waschmaschine. Durch das Meer waren die Nächte immer angenehm kühl, so dass eine Klimaanlage nicht notwendig war, wir hätten jedenfalls keine benötigt. Das Grundstück ist rundum nicht einsehbar, so dass wir uns ungezwungen frei bewegen konnten.

Très jolie maison bien située
Maison très agréable avec une vue incroyable sur l’Atlantique et sur le Teide, très chaleureuse, on s’y sent bien! Literie impeccable. Le jardin est très agréable. Cette maison est une bonne base pour découvrir Tenerife, voiture indispensable. Attention, pas de wifi. De très belles fleurs et un panier de fruits nous attendaient à notre arrivée : super sympa!

Sehr helles Haus mit tollem Garten, Meer und Teideblick
Das Haus liegt in der ältesten urbanisación Teneriffas, die Siedlung mit einzelstehenden Ferienhäusern, Reihenhäusern und Appartments hat den Charme der 1970er Jahre, ist traumhaft gelegen mit weitem Blick übers Meer und auf den Teide. Straßenlärm gibt es in den Sackgassen nicht. Die Gärten haben sehr schöne große Bäume und Palmen. Einen direkten Zugang über die ca. 200 Meter hohe Steilküste zum Meer gibt es nicht, in der Umgebung aber schöne, auch abgelegene Badestellen. Ohne Mietauto geht es nicht, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist gute 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der nächste Laden über eine halbe Stunde steil den Berg hinauf.

Toller Garten mit überwältigendem Ausblick aufs Meer
Ein ganz toller Garten, schönes Haus, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und mit etwa 15 m Länge ideal zum Schwimmen.

Como estar en casa
Pasamos una semana maravillosa en La Palmita, fuera de la masificaciòn del sur y disfrutando de una temperatura más suave, no podemos decir más que cosas positivas de la casa: Ese jardín tan cuidado, esas vistas al mar que nos permitían puestas de sol increíbles y el Teide siempre vigilando desde la montaña. La casa se encuentra muy cerquita de Loro Park y a escasos 20 min. del aeropuerto Tenerife Norte. La zona es muy tranquila y con todo lo necesario para tener una gran estancia. Nos encanta la montaña y en nada te ponías en La Orotava y en el maravilloso parque de Anaga. Todo funcionaba maravillosamente y la única cosa que quizá se echaba de menos (por poner una mínima pega), era un microondas. Desde luego lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera visitar la isla y desee alejarse de la zona más turística.

Wunderbar, entspannend- ein perfekter Urlaub
Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in den Ferienhaus von Herrn Kroeger. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar eine Tee, Kaffe… wie zuhause. Ein Obstkorb zur Begrüßung war eine schöne Überraschung. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner gepflegter Garten mit eine Aussicht auf den Atlantik und El Teide, und eine große Pool um die Ecke, waren ideal zum entspannen. Es gibt zahlreiche sehenswerte Ausflugsziele: zB Parque Rural de Anaga, Buenavista, el Teide, Bajamar… Auch Loro Parque und Botanische Garten in Puerto Cruz sind sehr empfehlenswert. Daher ist ein Mietwagen sehr sinnvoll. Alles in allem - Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in La Victoria und kommen sicherlich wieder um Teneriffa weiter zu entdecken. Klare Weiterempfehlung und vielen Dank an Herrn Kroeger.

Ein großartiger Aufenthalt
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Herrn Kroeger. Der Garten war außergwöhnlich gut gepflegt und bot eine bilderbuchhafte Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Es gibt eine Reihe von sehenswerten Ausflugszielen im unmittelbaren Umfeld. Alles in allem eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Un jardin tropical
Un très bon séjour de vacances, la maison est très agréable et le jardin magnifiquement arboré et fleuri. C’est un endroit très agréable et très bien placé à Ténérife.
