Bon séjour en autarcie en famille .
Un beau mas spacieux sans promiscuité avec un parc arboré typique à l’Ardéche et bien entretenu . Grande piscine agréable avec peu de profondeur (1.50 m) permettant des ébats et jeux pour toute la petite famille. Vastes places de parking sous les arbres . Seuls bémols, les chaises métalliques de la terrasse inconfortables ainsi que les chaises extérieures en bois en mauvais état . Plusieurs bains de soleil en partie fendus qui mériteraient d’être remplacés .. Une belle maison qui comme une vielle dame mériterait un peu plus d’attentions !

Mooie en ruime Mas
Heerlijk huis voor 10 tot 12 personen. Genoten van het grote terrein en het zwembad. Met 33+ was de airco een luxe ondanks de dikke muren. De keuken is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben als familie (14-76) een zeer aangename wee gehaf.

Tolles Anwesen in schöner Umgebung
Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr schön gelegen und toll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super, es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und sogar Holzofen für Pizza. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend für Ausflüge geeignet. Das wirkliche Einzige was etwas schwierig war, war die Müllentsorgung. Wir haben trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen bei der Agentur nicht herausgefunden, wo man den Müll hinbringen soll.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus. Der Pool ist noch deutlich besser, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Das Grundstück ist groß, die Nachbarn weit weg - man fühlt sich wie in Alleinlage, in alle Richtungen nur "südfranzösische Steppe" ;) Einzige Kritikpunkte: das Internet ist katastrophal, aber dafür fährt man da ja auch nicht hin. Und ein paar Instandhaltungsarbeiten wären mal nötig. Aber alles nichts tragisches.

wunderbare ferien in südfrankreich
Wir waren eine Gruppe von mehreren jungen Familien und Paaren - das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool schon im April täglich in Betrieb, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz - wir waren sehr zufrieden! In den Badewannen der Zimmer kann nur geduscht werden, einziger Nachteil - ansonsten perfektes Haus um die Ardeche zu entdecken!

Très belle maison bien équipée
Très belle maison, bien équipée pour les enfants et les adultes, avec de beaux espaces de vie et des chambres spacieuses. Jolie piscine avec des voiles pour ombrager certains transats. Superbe plancha de grande taille. Seul bémol : le matériel pour jouer (badminton, ping pong) incomplet et cassé.

Bien mais attention !
La maison est superbe ! Typique des mas de la région, grande et tranquille. On a passé une très bonne semaine ! Mais.... la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer... miettes, cheveux sur les draps, plancha grasse... et le matériel est vieillot: babyfoot inutilisable, Table de Ping Ping vieille, terrain de pétanque inexistant... télécommande qui tient avec du vieux scotch, studio du bas noir sans fenêtre, wifi inutilisable car très faible... et le plus gênant c’est la piscine qui est devenue verte au bout de 3 jours !!! Le concierge nous a même confié que ça arrive toutes les semaines ! A retenir aussi le fait qu’on nous a facturé le nettoyage des tables et serviettes, pourtant compris dans le prix !!! Et un bras d’aspirateur qui était pourtant manquant à notre arrivée !

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Großes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit riesigem Grundstück - unsere Highlights waren der große Außenpool, die klimatisierten Zimmer, die Tischtennisplatte und die Sitzplätze unter dem Baum im Garten - als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir uns Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel gewünscht. Die Kommunikation mit Karine war super - sie war immer freundlich und sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen weiterzuhelfen. Insgesamt haben wir mit 9 Personen und zwei Hunden einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen _______________________________ Grande maison de vacances bien équipée avec un immense propriété - nos surlignes étaient la grande piscine , les chambres climatisées, la table de ping- pong et les sièges sous l‘ arbre dans le jardin - comme petite suggestion d'amélioration, nous aurions aimé des coussins pour le mobilier de jardin. La communication avec Karine était super - elle était toujours sympathique et a fait de son mieux pour nous aider avec toutes les questions. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances avec 9 personnes et deux chiens et nous pouvons recommander la maison de vacances

Mas super bien équipé, de bon gout, calme, région superbe, activités nombreuses. On aurait bien prolongé quelques jours. On fait la pub!

excellent séjour
magnifique propriété , calme et reposante. Les enfants (16,12 9 et 5 ans) étaient tous ravis. les personnes retraités aussi. La belle piscine a fait des heureux . Du coup , pas envie d'aller s'agglutiner sur les bords de l’Ardèche où grouillait beaucoup de monde. nous avons fait peu de visites à l'extérieur. Température idéale toute la semaine . Pas besoin ni du chauffage ni de la clim.... J'aimerai y retourner .

Une semaine agréable en famille... Forte chaleur, donc souvent dans la grande piscine! Quelques bémols : des améliorations seraient les bienvenues : entretien des herbes , ménage plus approfondi , quelques appareils électriques à vérifier... Cela n'enlève rien au charme de la grande bâtisse.

Très déçus de l'état de nettoyage du gîte à notre arrivée. Apparemment, les précédents locataires étaient accompagnés d'un (ou plusieurs) chien(s) et le gîte était rempli de poils. Le propriétaire a seulement fourni cette explication. Toutefois, nous avions aussi des mouchoirs usagés sous le lit, les vitrages n'étaient pas propres. Nous avons passé plusieurs heures à nettoyer. Et nous avons quand même dû payer le nettoyage. Pour le reste, la maison est bien équipée, le mobilier est design, la piscine est agréable. Deux bémols : les articles de sport sont en mauvais état (raquettes de ping-pong, de badminton, balles,...) et le jardin est laissé en friche.
