In the warm and quiet summer nights, you will find true peace and solace in the wonderful and private Villa Doriana. Located in a peaceful village, only minutes from the beach. A wonderful and well kept garden features a private swimming pool, comfortable and beautiful sunbeds,
and a charcoal grill. A few steps from the pool is the entrance to the ground floor living room.

The interior is new, modern, carefully and luxuriously designed. The house is completely equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. The house will welcome you and make you feel completely relaxed. There are two floors, each with a kitchen, modern living room, a large bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor also has a covered terrace.

Stayed here with my sister and had the most relaxing time. The house is situated in a beautiful, quite rural area close to the old town of Labin which you can walk to. First thing we saw on arrival was the beautiful pristine swimming pool, which was cleaned very morning, so remained pristine throughout our week long stay. The house, situated in front of the owners property is actually 2 self contained units, each having a kitchen, lounge area and double bedroom. My sister stayed upstairs in the air conditioned unit. Downstairs, which is solid brick is kept cool by keeping shutters closed to keep the sun out and only has an electric fan. The units are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. Doriana and her husband were exceptional hosts. On arrival Doriana gave us information on local restaurants, shopping, sights and beaches to visit etc. which was really helpful. We had a minor, non urgent issue with a door which was responded to immediately. Doriana also kindly brought us some local home made goodies. There is a variety of supermarkets a short ride away and there is a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Our only regret is we only booked for a week and wish we had made it longer.

Lovely house, close to old Labin
This is a well equipped house( 2 appartments) upper one with a lovely balcony for breakfast whilst teenagers still sleeping down below). Good pool and outside space for bbq and eating. Short walk into old Labin , we were lucky to be there for their festival night, classical concert in the church and did some wine tasting. 10k to Svete Marina for swimming, paddle boarding, taking out a small boat and beachside eating. Big supermarkets in new Labin, down the hill also good small local market. Host was helpful, house very clean and lots of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc. They brought us figs from local neighbour. Highly recommend

Wir haben 14 wunderschƶne Tage in der Villa genossen. In ruhiger Lage, weg von den vielen Touristen konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub! Obwohl wir schon frĆ¼her ankamen war das Haus fertig fĆ¼r uns. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns auch mit kroatischen SpezialitƤten verwƶhnt! Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt von Labin wo man sehr gut essen gehen kann! Es gibt auch sehr schƶne StrƤnde in der Umgebung!

12 Urlaubstage mit Freunden in einem sehr empfehlenswerten Ferienhaus
Wir verbrachten 12 sehr schƶne Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschƶnen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die EigentĆ¼mer wohnen gleich hinter dem Ferienhaus, sind sehr freundlich und gaben uns gute Hinweise fĆ¼r die Umgebung. Im KĆ¼hlschrank standen GetrƤnke und es gab sogar zum Geburtstag unseres Freundes ein Geschenk. Urlaub in der schƶnen Villa Doriana in Labin
Wir hatten einen wunderschƶnen Aufenthalt in Labin. Wir wohnten in der unteren Wohnung und unsere Freunde in der oberen. Beide Wohnungen sind super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist wunderschƶn und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbar! Waren mit Teenie-Kindern und erwachsenem Sohn dort...es hat allen super gefallen! Wunderbare Lage, ruhig und dennoch in 10 min FuƟmarsch in der Stadt mit Restaurants. Haben die Nachmittage am Pool genossen, Strand ist etwa 10-15 Autominuten entfernt. Haus sehr sauber, Vermieter supernett, jederzeit wieder!!!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Doriana mit unseren Freunden verbracht. Als wir am 1. Tag ankamen, waren wir schon sehr angetan, denn das Haus und der Pool sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die zwei Wohnungen in der Villa und der Pool sind sehr ordentlich, sauber und gepflegt. Wir kƶnnen und werden die Villa Doriana weiter empfehlen.

Ein schƶnes Haus mit zwei kleinen Wohnungen, einer hĆ¼bschen Anlage und einem sauberen , tollen Pool. Schƶnes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten einen schƶnen Aufenthalt, die tolle Altstadt von Labin ist zu FuƟ in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut und zweckmƤƟig ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um 2 komplett getrennte Wohnungen. Der Pool wurde regelmƤƟig gereinigt. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters war er anfangs noch sehr kalt (16 Grad), bis zu unserer Abreise hatte er sich auf angenehme 21 Grad aufegeizt.

Wir haben unseren 14-tƤgigen Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Auch der AuƟenbereich mit Pool, Grill und einer schƶnen Sitzecke lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Auch fĆ¼r unsere Hunde gab es genug Auslauf auf dem eingezƤunten GrundstĆ¼ck. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es eine Pizzeria und nach 10 Minuten Fussmarsch ist man auch schon in der Altstadt, in der es genĆ¼gend Restaurants gibt. In der Markthalle hat man die Mƶglichkeit, tƤglich frische Produkte zu kaufen. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt hinter der Villa und versorgten uns immer wieder mit frischen Trauben und selbst gemachtem Wein. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereits und sollte mal in der KĆ¼che was fehlen, helfen sie gerne aus. Nach einer Woche gab es ein komplett frisches WƤschepaket (BettwƤsche und HandtĆ¼cher), was auch nicht immer selbstverstƤndlich ist. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kƶnnten uns vorstellen, noch einmal einen Urlaub bei Doriana und Ihrem Mann zu verbringen. Vielen Dank nochmal fĆ¼r die schƶne Zeit.

Wunderschƶnes und sehr sauberes Haus mit einem tollen Aussenpool der vom Hausherrn tƤglich gepflegt wird. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter die einem jeden Wunsch erfĆ¼llen. Top Adresse! Obwohl es als nur 3 Stern Appartement gewertet wird geben wir mindestens 4 Sterne. Dieses Haus ist definitiv ein Grund zurĆ¼ck zu kommen. Wow-Effekt ist garantiert!

Wir hatten eine wunderschƶne Woche in diesem sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Das Haus besteht aus zwei autarken Appartements (oben und unten), wovon nur das obere klimatisiert ist. FĆ¼r uns als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und zwei jugendlichen Kindern plus Hund war die Aufteilung perfekt. Auch der AuƟenbereich mit Pool und Terrassenmobiliar lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Die sehr netten EigentĆ¼mer wohnen direkt nebenan auf dem selben GrundstĆ¼ck und empfangen die GƤste persƶnlich und geben gute Tipps. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Zentrum des alten Labin mit vielen Restaurants und einem Minimarkt (mit Backwaren) erreicht man zu FuƟ in etwa 10 Minuten, aber auch in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind zwei Restaurants. Wir kƶnnen uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal wiederzukommen.

Wir hatten eine schƶne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist natĆ¼rlich DAS Highlight. Durch die beiden Wohneinheiten eignet sich die Unterkunft besonders gut fĆ¼r zwei Paare oder eine Familie mit Ƥlteren Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit den EigentĆ¼mern war unkompliziert und nett inkl. vielen hilfreichen Tipps fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in die Umgebung. Das StƤdtchen Labin ist fuƟlƤufig erreichbar, dort kann man abends nett essen und die sĆ¼dlƤndische AtmosphƤre genieƟen. Wer mehr Rummel mag, fƤhrt den Berg runter nach Rabac.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage
Die Vermieter sind so freundlich und nett. Ich bin mit Freundin und Patenkind verreist. Sie haben oben gewohnt und ich unten. Das war optimal, so hatte jeder seine PrivatsphƤre. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool war zur alleinigen Nutzung und wurde tƤglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist super. Alles ist in kĆ¼rzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kƶnnen das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen.
