The property is new and clean. Great for families as the kitchen is fully equipped and the room space is big. Located beside the lake with stunning view in the balcony. Looking forward to stay here next time in summer or fall.

We really did like the drive out here plus the room we were staying at, although it wasn’t fully stock. The manual they left says that we are responsible to stock up the things that they didn’t, like the sugar. We got in late due to traffic getting out of the city, so if you come late there is only one dining place and they were ‘so-so’. It as good but pricey plus the service is mediocre if you’re not French. There is food in and around the area but you do have to drive. We came late May and the pool and lakes aren’t ready for use yet, so that was a bit disappointing.

My husband and I stayed here fie 5 nights with our 13 yr old daughter. The place is clean and has everything we needed. The only thing could be upgraded is the mattress. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Suites sur Lac. Our suite was peaceful and did feel and look like a cabin on the lake. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and was stocked with necessities; coffee on the porch was a treat. Check-in/check-out was seamless and the concierge was responsive via phone and email. I highly recommend a stay here when visiting Mont Tremblant and surrounds in any season.

Definitely Not 8 mins from Mont Tremblant as advertised- more like 20 in good winter driving conditions No one to assist after 7pm Our unit was not quite ready - no starter kit in the kitchen, extra sheets were crumpled and neatly stuffed in the closet Property is well maintained but above issues must be addressed & corrected

I'm really disappointed with the outcome of this stay. The reviews are great and the place looks great but, at the end of the day, there is simply no service or assistance or instructions. You're left on your own, given access to an online "concierge" that you have to navigate on your own and really no assistance for anything for your stay. I arrived to a room with a broken blind over the large sliding door that I ended up fixing myself after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, never did speak to anyone - the contact number gets directed to another facility all together. I ran out of paper towel (1 small roll for 6 days), there weren't enough tea towels, ran out of coffee (only a tiny amount of ground coffee for 6 days) no way to properly do dishes, and the kitchen is sparsely equipped - though you can get by for a short stay. The good things were distance to the North lift, nice setting, overall comfortable room. After making a couple of attempts while staying to contact someone, and no success, I had to try again on my return home because I left my bathing suit. Had I stayed in a hotel or a place with direct contact to a person, I am confident that I would have gotten it back but because of a lack of service/people to contact it's gone for good - not the end of the world, just indicative of the lack of service that you'll experience overall. I've stayed at other places in Tremblant that I'd recommend first, going back again in a couple weeks but not staying here.

Advertised as 8-10 minutes to tremblanc but in reality it was 22 minutes (not a big deal but need to update and be honest for future renters). not much restaurants around. nice property but nothing to do in the area. ok if going to tremblanc for skiing. Grocery store on property was well stocked with over 1000 Sku's almost anything you wanted was at this small unique grocery/bakery On property, There was a wristband for access to something, but unfortunately nothing was available in terms of activities or even a gym. No pool, Hot tub or sauna on property.

The staff were so helpful and it was so easy to communicate with them. We had reserved 2 condos since we were multiple families and they were assigned in different buildings. We called when we arrived and Melissa was super helpful and was able to get us into the same building. The unit was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Well maintained. The north hill of Tremblant was only a 7 min drive which was very convenient but the ride to the village was a long 20 min. Quiet area.
