The holiday home is on a small and exclusive development called les Hauts du Golf. Nestled between the 1st, 9th and 18th holes of the Golf d'Ardilouse, it is in the middle of the pine forest yet only a minutes walk from the club house and restaurant. With occupancy for six people, there is a private terrace and garden with beautiful views of the course. It is surrounded by communal gardens and a shared swimming pool (fenced for exclusive use of residents). It has two parking spaces. Located approx. 2.5kms from both lake Lacanau and the sea, it is in a superb location. It has three twin bedded rooms. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, a hallway with a large storage cupboard, a cloakroom with toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, 4 hob and oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living/dining room is open plan with doors to the terrace. Central heating throughout. There is cable TV, a DVD player and a CD music system and outdoor furniture with a small electric BBQ. There is free WiFi available.

The property is adjacent to the 18 hole golf course - Golf d'Ardilouse. There is a hotel by the course which is handy for extra guests who cannot be accommodated within the property. There is a club house at the golf course and an excellent restaurant which is open for lunches, light bites and evening meals. There are 2 reserved car parking spaces next to the house, and also a private bike rack.

Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included for free, however can be provided for 40 euros per person - contact the owner after booking to request.

Alles prima!
Unser Aufenthalt in dem schönen Häuschen war sehr erholsam, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen dort. Lage ist super, Ausblick ist toll und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist es ein bisschen hellhörig, was unseren Sohn sehr gestört hat, der gerne lange schläft. Aber alle andern kamen damit klar. Super wär’s, wenn noch ein paar Haken für Handtücher und Klamotten angebracht werden, aber sonst war alles top ! Wir würden das Häuschen auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Cuisine à revoir totalement : placards sentant très fort le renfermé et moisi, toujours présents au bout d'1 semaine d'aération! 1 seule grande poêle trop abimée pour pouvoir être utilisée, manque de grand plats (maison pour 6). plancha électrique bien pratique, chambres confortables. mobilier extérieur à changer : table bois très abimée et chaises plastiques bas de gammes, dont 1 cassée, 1 transat cassé. très jolie vue de la terrasse sur le golf.

Calme, spacieux et bien placé
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Lacanau. Idéalement placé à mi-chemin de l'océan et du lac tout deux accessibles en 15 minutes à vélo par de belles pistes cyclables. Belle terrasse dans la fraicheur et la bonne odeur des pains.

Emplacement idéal mais logement moyen
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa, elle est idéalement placée entre lac et océan. Par contre, vu le tarif de la location nous avons été déçus par les prestations de la maison (faible confort, appareil électroménager anciens - lave-vaisselle hs à notre arrivée, canapé et moquette très abîmée, terrasse dégradée, pas de machine à expressos, pas de wifi...) A noter, nous avons été accueillis par les voisins Patrick et Paule qui ont en charge l'accueil des arrivants. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous et très réactifs pour le changement du lave-vaisselle notamment. Sans leur intervention, le séjour ce serait moins bien passé.

Maison tres bien située.
Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cette maison de vacances. Nous avions assez de place pour six personnes. Maison avec superbe vue sur le golf. Propriétaire charmante. Plage très proche en vélo.
