Zwischen Wald und Meer
Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage zwischen anderen Ferienhäuschen. Die Terrasse hat v.a. nachmittags und abends Sonne und ist ein schöner Platz zum essen. Man kann zum Meer laufen, wenn man kein Problem mit 2,5 km hat. Der Weg ist schön, durch den Wald.

Notre séjour c'est globalement bien passé dans l'appartement de Stéphane ! Les points positifs : le prix, la procédure d'arrivée, souplesse pour l'heure de départ et d'arrivée. La situation est excellente à quelques minutes de vélo du lac, du bord de mer et des premiers commerces. Le logement est adapté à une famille et 2 enfants comme nous. La cuisine est bien équipée, la terrasse un plus. Dans les points d'amélioration, comme indiqué sur d'autres commentaires le ménage superficiel à notre arrivée, pas top pour les familles allergiques et asthmatique comme la nôtre, bcp de trace d'humidité dans la salle de bain et chambre enfant. Stéphane a su réagir rapidement à la problématique des rideaux qui se decomposaient. Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré tout ...

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen. Es ist ausreichend groß und für 2 Personen absolut empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich (englisch), er antwortete bei Fragen umgehend. Kleine Einschränkung: fehlendes WLAN und die Räder waren für uns uns ungeeignet.

Wir konnten den Urlaub genießen, hatten aber aber vor Ort keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Der Vermieter ist davon ausgegangen, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen und hat uns lediglich einen Einkaufstipp gegeben. Ein Vermieter unserer Freunde hat uns vor Ort Decken und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Handtücher für 4 Personen haben wir gekauft. Das war ein stressiger Beginn, der mit einem Hinweis vermieden werden könnte.

AU MILIEU DES PINS
Endroit agréable dans les pins, bien situé, à proximité de la mer et des balades en vélo. Intérieur bien décoré et propre, douche très agréable, bonne literie (lit 140 et non 150), et quelques anomalies signalées au propriétaire qui va donc en tenir compte pour l'avenir, entre autres la fermeture de la piscine hors saison non mentionnée.

Séjour permettant de se déplacer vers les plages, la ville sans prendre la voiture. Très jolies promenades grâce aux pistes cyclables. Le chalet est dans un environnement calme et très jolie décoration.

Logement très correct en soi (décoration etc) mais pour 2 adultes et deux enfants/ados (trop petit sinon); infrastructures (piscine etc) un peu vieillottes, mais l’environnement demeure très agréable au cœur de la forêt de pins, et calme. Petit couac avec le menage, qui n’avait été que partiel à l’arrivée, mais bonne communication avec le propriétaire sur le sujet.

Malgré une météo mitigée on a passé une super semaine à Lacanau très reposante avec des belles ballades grâce aux vélos a disposition. A une semaine près on aurait pu profiter de la piscine ! La prochaine fois.

Chalet très agréable, bien situé dans la pinède proche de l’océan. Pistes cyclables a proximité. L’intérieur du chalet est joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Mentions spéciales ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pour la gentillesse du propriétaire ainsi que pour la salle de bain et sa douche ainsi que la literie Bref, à louer sans hésitation

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus
Wir waren in der Nachsaison im September mit zwei Personen dort. Das Wetter war noch schön und am Strand war es schön leer. Das Haus liegt gut und man kann mit dem Fahrrad alles gut erreichen (empfehlenswert). Zum Strand radelt man ca. 10 min., in die Stadt ist es unwesentlich länger (+5 Min). In der Nähe beginnt ein Radwegenetz, über das wir mehrere tolle Touren unternommen haben. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles da. Wir hatten keinerlei Mücken während des ganzen Urlaubs. Leider gibt es im Haus kein Internet, keine Spülmaschine und keine Waschmaschine, dafür gibt es aber zwei Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer (die wir aber nicht benutzt haben). Auch sind zwei Fahrräder im Haus vorhanden, wir hatten aber unsere eigenen Räder mit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden hier wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage
+ sehr schöne und vollständig eingerichtete kleine Wohnung + gehört zu einer Wohnanlage mit ca. 20 Einheiten + dazu gehört ein Pool, ca. 8 x 15 m, sehr sauber/täglich gereinigt und ansprechend warmes Wasser, geschätzt 27 C, der mitgenutzt werden konnte + sehr gute Lage, mit dem Fahrrad über das gut ausgebaute Radwegenetz jeweils ca. 10 Minuten vom Plage Sud und vom Zentrum entfernt + in Lacanau Ocean viele Restaurants, weitere in Lacaneau (ca. 15 Autominuten) + sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, offener Vermieter, der jederzeit angesprochen werden kann + Wohnung ist etwas klein, aber für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Fazit: Schöne Unterkunft für einen tollen Sommerurlaub
