This elegant villa is just 100 m from the central beach of Lacanau-Océan and all its amenities. It is ideal for several families or a group of friends.

Lacanau-Océan is one of the most popular places in Europe to surf. At the villa there is a rack for your surfboard and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand. You can also go for beautiful walks and bike rides in the area.

On the ground floor of the villa is a large living room with 2- bay windows. You will also find a play area here, 2-bedrooms with a four-poster bed and the children's bedroom with a bunk bed. Above are 2-bathrooms, including a balneotherapy-like shower with massage, sauna and hammam. Relax in the private spa with 8- different massages and close the day with a cosy barbecue.

You can safely park 2 to 3 cars.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
