Please note that although our condo offers unmatched comfort and convenience, access involves navigating stairs due to the graduated elevation, and the units are not handicapped accessible. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, with a photo ID required at check-in. Upon check-in, we kindly request a refundable damage deposit of $200, along with a $50 fee for cancellations necessitating refunds. Laundry facilities are conveniently available on the property (though not within the unit itself), and parking is provided for trailers.
