Walked into a room and was immediately greeted by a smell of Mildew and Ammonia. Sprayed an air freshener to get the scent a to a tolerable level. After driving 7hrs, I didn’t have the energy to fuss about it. Upstairs guest seemingly were having band practice between the yelling and the constant stomping on the floor. Entered the restroom and was greeting by Bugs (micro-Beetle shaped) around the tub and toilet. Both dead and alive. Immediately walked out of the room got back into my truck to find another room elsewhere. Not to mention walked past the front desk and the attendant was gone. I even waited in the parking area to see if he’d reappear and that didn’t happen for 15mins. Basically booked and paid for the room ahead of time just to end up getting a room at a Double Tree Hilton 10 mins away. Definitely a waste of money, time and expectations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Our room appeared clean, but didn’t have bath towels, or any bar soap. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were empty. There was a dirty towel hanging in the closet. On the second day,full trash cans were left in the room. A couple of bath towels were taken out, but not replaced. The reception staff was friendly, but housekeeping needs improvement!

No apology for inconvenience
We unpacked after a long day on the road. The toilet did not flush. Nothing. After seeing the front desk, she assigned us to a different room. No apology. We had to spend the time to repack and move to a stale smelling room.

The air conditioner leaked and 6’x4’ section of carpet in the room was wet the entire time. I alerted the front desk and there only solution was to open the blinds. It never dried.

Seems rundown
The staff were friendly, but the place seemed kind of run down. The floor was wood tile so the rooms echoed and were loud. The bedframe was metal and made a loud noise every time we sat down or got in bed. Breakfast was not well stocked

Nice hotel needs better management
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past couple of years. Mainly because it is cheaper than the nicer hotel near it, and most of the other hotels around are crack houses. We had to get toilet paper when we first arrived because they have two rollers, one was empty, the other one was almost out. The tv, just like last time we stayed, was blurry 480 stretch vision, instead of hd tv. Very aggravating. The shower has three dispensers, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All were empty. They had a bottle of body wash sitting on the edge of the tub. I went and asked for shampoo, but there was none to be found. The room was clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was okay and the coffee was good. This could be a nice hotel with better management.
