Not as described!!
Property front door is literally steps from a major 2+ lane road...not in a "neighborhood"
As soon as we opened the door the place reaked with cigarette smoke and was extremely hot! There's a mini split AC in the livingroom that is barely functioning therefore will not cool the bedroom or bathroom.
I wouldn't recommend this property at all. We called the rental agency reported the AC issue and smoke smell and never heard back from them. 👎

The house was very nice inside. Pictures were accurate of inside. Picture was not accurate of outside. Very unsafe location. Yard unkept wirh mudholes and trash. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathroom not clean, trash not taken out in kitchen.

Convenient location.
Overall the place was nice and conveniently located outside downtown. Located on a very busy street and the grounds of the property needed some attention. The towels were left in the dryer and not enough of them. Still was a nice place to stay.
