Everything started out great but, when it was time to finally get to sleep, the air conditioning unit in room 411 was so loud. When the compressor came on it started up with a huge rumble that it startled us and woke us up every time it kicked on. Finally turned it off and just put the fan on high speed. The room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable.

No air & no refund
The air conditioning was broken & room was stuck in 82 degrees. I was only in room from 2am-6am due to issues traveling then early meetings. Cancelled 2nd night & was refused a refund. So all in all I was charged the full amount for 4hr ins a room with sauna like conditions

Run down property, small full-sized beds. First floor hallway smelled like spray paint every day and second floor smelled like skunk. (Huffers on the first floor and marijuana smokers on the second). The Marginal Inn would be a more appropriate name than Quality Inn.

Terrible hotel
Terrible hotel. Charged a ridiculously high rate given it was graduation and the hotel was a complete dump. It was dirty, smelled, elevator was out of service and I felt grossed out the entire time I was there. Do not stay in this hotel!

Low quality inn
Breakfast was poor quality. Eggs were cold and wet! Lack of fruit. High sugar yogurt. The room needed a lot of work. Grout in bathroom needs to be replaced or fixed. Pillows are very small. Towels are threadbare. We will not stay there again.
