Beautiful villa featuring fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 master bedroom with direct access to first bathroom, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom; outside: garden, private swimming pool, barbecue, terrace. The villa is protected with an alarm system and a safe is available for the guests in one of the bedrooms.
Towels - changed every 3/4 days - and bed sheets - changed once a week - available in the villa. Beach towels, chairs, body boards and playthings (swim rings, beach buckets, shovels, balls, rackets, etc.) are available to the guests. Baby items (high chair, crib) or extraordinary item can be available upon request and cost, please don't hesitate to ask.

Nice quiet place in the country
The property was great with plenty of room. After spending the previous few days in downtown Lisbon, the privacy, the quiet, and the views were amazing. The bedrooms were a little musty so we needed to air them out, but everything else was fine.

Amazing stay in this villa
We enjoyed the villa to have a friend's vacation and it was incredible days. The house was super clean and the spaces are quite pleasant for 6 people. The outdoor space with the pool is great and we feel a lot of privacy. We highly recommend this villa!

Private, peaceful, perfect!
In a private location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, this charming villa has everything you need for your holiday. Our teenage children loved the pool (not gated and steps so ideal for them perhaps not smaller ones) and the WiFi was fantastic for them. Though you feel like you are in the countryside the villa is actually only 5 drive minutes from an excellent supermarket and 10 minutes from loads of beautiful beaches. Communication from the lovely owner Sophie was excellent. Highly recommended! *****

lovely villa in peaceful setting
A great place to stay. Fabulous pool, spacious villa, no neighbours, great countryside views. It is a bit hard to find the villa but that is only a problem the first time. Also its a fair hike over rough ground to the village but frankly eating at home in the evenings is a joy with the bar b que by the pool or the well equiped kitchen. The owner was very helpful and the housekeeper who cleans once a week was very good. We stayed in Jan and though we sat in the garden in the evenings the log fire was welcome after dark. The surrounding area has many attractions but you do need a car to make the best of them. Spend some time here - we loved it.

Perfect Family Holiday
Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of the Algarve, only 5-10 mins to the beach resorts but in a peaceful quiet location. Great pool and patio area, and 2 sun terraces meant you can always find the sun (or shade). We used the villa as a base to explore the beautiful coastal areas before returning to the pool to cool off before BBQ dinners on the terrace.

Well laid out, secluded villa with gorgeous pool
Lovely villa, big bedrooms, large lounge space, kitchen had all the facilities you need. The area is SO quiet it's so relaxing to have no neighbours creating noise and not to have to worry about the children shouting as they enjoyed the pool. Reasonably close supermarket with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend that you have a car for your stay as not really feasible to walk anywhere.

Really enjoyed my stay, Sophie provided loads of useful information before I arrived which was much appreciated! The house is in a great location, a short driving distance from supermarkets etc., but extremely calm and restful. Great (big) pool, everything you need in the villa too. Totally recommend it!

Prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf ik dit mooie huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft veel mooie terrassen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het zwembad is heerlijk! Kortom: een fantastische plek om te genieten van het mooie Algarve!

Fijn huis op mooie, rustige locatie.
We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Lekker rustig, geen buren, dus heerlijk vrij. Het huis is enigszins gedateerd, niet overdreven luxueus, maar het benodigde is aanwezig. Een fijn en schoon zwembad. Helaas werd het 's avonds ( begin november) wel koud in het huis en de twee kleine elektrische kacheltjes hielpen niet veel. De open haard hebben we niet gebruikt.

Kleiner Schatz im nirgendwo
Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und hatten alles was man brauchte. Es gab zwei mal Probleme mit dem Wasser aber auch um dieses Problem wurde sich sofort gekĆ¼mmert. Es ist sehr ruhig dort (wenn nicht gerade das Oktoberfest in dem Biergarten ist šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚) und der Pool ist groƟartig! Definitiv das Highlight ā˜ŗļø danke Sophie fĆ¼r dieses schƶne Haus - wir kommen wieder

21 jours de vacances dans cette villa Au bout du deuxiĆØme jours lave vaisselle en panne. Il n a jamais Ć©tĆ© rĆ©parer ProblĆØme de fuite dans les WC. Top Lage mit ein paar MƤngeln
Schƶne Villa in traumhafter Lage. Absolut ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Die Beschreibung passt jedoch nicht mehr so genau (wir waren bereits vor vier Jahren schon einmal in der Villa). Es gab keinerlei Kinderspielzeug. Wir waren 9 Tage da. In der Zeit kam keiner putzen, es wurden auch keine HandtĆ¼cher oder BettwƤsche gewechselt (vielleicht auch wegen Covid. Wir haben keine Info dazu bekommen. Uns persƶnlich hat es nicht gestƶrt). Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. die TĆ¼r war abmontiert und nicht da (wegen Covid?). Das wƤre schƶn gewesen vorab zu wissen, da wir uns darauf verlassen haben. Um den Pool herum lag MĆ¼ll. Auch der Pool wurde in der Zeit nicht gereinigt. Das haben wir selbst gemacht. Die KĆ¼chenutensilien und die KĆ¼che selbst sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles da und fĆ¼r uns hat es gereicht. Insgesamt ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen und hƤtte an einigen Stellen Ɯberholungsbedarf. Trotz allem ist sie wunderschƶn und hat eine unschlagbare Lage. Wen das alles nicht stƶrt, der genieƟt einen tollen Aufenthalt, so wie wir. :-)

Une maison parfaite pour tout!
Cā€™est une maison parfaite a tous points de vue. Pour la localisation en Algarve, pour tous les Ć©quipements qui sont parfaits, pour le confort de la place, moi jā€™ai adorĆ©. Dommage que nous avons du quitter plus tot que prĆ©vu a cause de la pandĆ©mie du covid 19. Nous reviendrons cest certain....Merci pour tout.

Superbe situation d'une villa confortable
La villa est un peu isolĆ©e, en pleine nature et Ć  1200 mĆØtres d'un petit village, on a pu se promener tranquillement en partant Ć  pied de la maison, c'etait trĆØs agrĆ©able, nous ramassions des pieds de vigne morts pour faire de supers barbecues. L'annonce est fiable, la laison agreable Ć  vivre avec tous les Ć©quipements nĆ©cessaires, le menage est fait chaque semaine et le linge de maison changĆ© chaque semaine, La region est magnifique En rĆ©sumĆ© nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour
