Only ten minutes from the tourist villages of Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, its location allows you to be in the immediate vicinity of all the sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities of this magnificent region.
The cottage has a panoramic terrace overlooking the garden.
The garden is private and closed with its swimming pool, a summer lounge, a barbecue (charcoal) with an arbor table for your meals, and a bowling alley (+ games for children, swing, ping-pong table, trampoline, goals of soccer).
This place is a real invitation to idleness and summer pleasures and in winter, it ensures you beautiful evenings by the fireplace.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wundervolles altes und sehr schƶn renoviertes Anwesen mit sehr viel Platz. Wir waren hier mit zwei Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen. Traumhafte, abgelegene Lage inmitten der Weinberge. Schƶne Zimmer mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete KĆ¼che. Riesiger Garten mit vielen Mƶglichkeiten zum Verweilen und zur BeschƤftigung. In den umliegenden Dƶrfern gibt es alle Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und jede Menge FreizeitaktivitƤten. Wir haben eine sehr schƶne Woche hier verbracht. Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

great place to be
We had two great weeks . We are two families with three kids in the age betwen 12 and 15 years and we really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated farm house. The garden and the barbeque area is great. The pool was bigger than expected. We did lots of activities biking, kajaking and canyoing. We also enjoyed the relaxing hours in this great farm house. The only thing to "complain" about was the WIFI connection in August. In September - when most of the tourist were gone - the WIFI connection was good. The landscape is awesome and we can really recommend this place for varying vacation.

Super sƩjour en Ardeche dans ce gƮte plein de charme idƩalement situƩ en pleine nature dans un environnement enchanteur. La route entre les vignes pour y parvenir est magnifique. Le gƮte est idƩal pour passer un sƩjour en famille ou entre amis. Le jardin invite Ơ la farniente et aux loisirs (Ʃquipement +++ pour les grands et les petits). Les propriƩtaires sont charmants. L'emplacement est parfait pour tous les goĆ»ts : visite de village typique, baignade en riviĆØre, animations de vallon pont d'arc. Perfekter Familienurlaub
Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt sieben Personen. Das Haus ist sehr groƟzĆ¼gig gestaltet und perfekt eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht . Es ist alles hygienisch sauber und auch die Betten sind sehr gut und komfortabel. Der Garten ist sehr groƟ und wir genossen den Poll, die Bocciabahn, das Trampolin und den Grillplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine super Woche und kƶnnen Mas de jardin nur weiterempfehlen.
