Sehr schƶne Gegend dort, alles sauber und al-les vorhanden. Liegen auf dem Dach mĆ¼ssten mal gesƤubert werden. ABER: Achtung Amei-sen in der Wohnung - kein Brot offen liegen lassen. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schlecht.

Acogedora casa de campo cerca de Lagos, con buena ubicaciĆ³n para conocer Algarve.
La buena ubicaciĆ³n de la casa nos permitiĆ³ recorrer los puntos mĆ”s bonitos del Algarve, con todas las comodidades de un hogar, pues la casa estaba bien equipada. Destacan sus 3 terrazas y la tranquilidad de la UrbanizaciĆ³n Cerro do Moinho donde estĆ” la propiedad enclavada, y cuenta con un parking exterior cerca de la casa a compartir con otros residentes. La UrbanizaciĆ³n pertenece a Almadena, localidad interior que cuenta con dos bares donde probar sandes y bifanas en sus terrazas.

I wouldn't rent it again
A nice house, but requires some investment. Household appliances and audio from the 90s. Leaking drain in the kitchen. The towels looked worse than a floor cleaning rag, luckily we had our own. Lots of parking spaces. Safe and quiet. The owner is not very communicative. Contact with the owner only in french language. In general, the value for money is very poor.

A TV por satĆ©lite sĆ³ tem canais em frances / alemĆ£o, zero em portugues / ingles. NĆ£o recebemos instruƧƵes previas para o check-in e a proprietĆ”ria apenas falava frances, mas acabou por se resolver. La location est parfaite pour des vacances reposantes et dĆ©payasantes. Il y a 2 terrasses et un balcon. Les voisins sont discrets et agrĆ©ables. Il y a tout. L'espace est trĆØs bien agencĆ©. Il y a tout le nĆ©cessaire. Pour faire les courses, le supermarchĆ© le plus proche est Ć  10min en voiture. La plage la plus proche est Ć  10/15min en voiture. Bref, je recommande.

Estancia muy tranquila, bien ubicada y vivienda funcional
Lo recomendarĆ­a, la vecindad es muy acogedora, es una estancia ideal para el descanso. Regresaremos de nuevo de nuevo el prĆ³ximo aƱo. ( la puntuaciĆ³n baja en la comunicaciĆ³n con la propiedad a sido motivada por el idioma. Yo no hablo FrancĆ©s y la propietaria no habla espaƱol. Afortunadamente lo solucionamos por un vecino que nos ayudĆ³.)
