Read one criticism that the street was noisy...PCH is a major thoroughfare. Ask for a room away from the street if that is a concern. Television access was limited, but don't go to Laguna to watch tv. Excellent accommodations.

Nice location.
The location was great. Had a glimpse of the ocean from our room. Staff that we interreacted with were always very nice and helpful. Room was average. Coffee service was poor. No microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby. There was no maid service unless you wanted to pay extra, so we ended up with tons of soiled towels in the room and a lot of sand. Bed was comfortable though.

Sonder room 101. Very noisy. Room Comes with earplugs. This room is on the corner below sidwalk level. Morning trash truck actually vibrated the room. Commercial trucks also vibrated the room. Forget about opening the window. Digital key didn’t seem to work on all doors. Other rooms may be great, but avoid 101. This room should be for utilities and storage, not for guests. Easy trolley access.

Convenient location and nearby beaches are beautiful rocky coves. Kudos to Laguna Beach for their free trolley system! Our room was much smaller than expected (double queen) with no separate sitting area other than the bench at the bottom of each bed.

This is not a hotel. The room was noisy, the air conditioning unit was five inches from the ceiling and could not access the control to see what temperature it was on. The vent on the air conditioning was broken and the vents faced the ceiling and could not adjust to have the air flow. The lights in the bathroom were flickering on and off. The light fixture in the bathroom was broken. The bed is extremely unconfortible. The sheets were dirty and disgusting. There is no phone in the room to call front desk. You have to Google their number and call from your cell. It took 45 minutes to get new sheets and I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. This is a cross between and Airbnb and hell. I asked the cleaning lady for extra small towels when I saw her in the hallway and she said she didn't have any. This is a terrible place to stay. When we checked out on Saturday instead of Sunday, the lady at the front desk, did not ask me why and/or cared. She could care less. Not worth a penny.
