The front desk staff was not trained properly, I recommend more customer care training. room service and reception service was sleek and room service request response was poor. Internet was very slow and stopped working various time during my stay. Never ever stay here !
I would like to share my unfortunate experience with a hotel that I believe operates in a highly unprofessional manner. I booked a hotel stay for three business suites, and after a long 36-hour journey from the USA with my family of six, we arrived at the hotel only to be told that our rooms had already been given to someone else. We were made to wait in the lobby for three to four hours, and ultimately, we were informed that we would not be accommodated and had to leave. This experience forced us to search for another hotel, incurring additional expenses for our stay. It seems that this hotel is engaged in a practice of booking the same rooms for multiple parties and then giving the rooms to whoever pays the most. The manager on duty and the front desk staff exemplified deceit and unprofessionalism. They refused to refund any of my money, which amounts to over one million PKR. Since that day, I have sent multiple messages to the management, including the hotel owner, via email, but my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. It appears that they are complicit in this scheme. I was not the only one affected; several other guests, including a newly married couple in their wedding attire, faced similar situations, only to find out that their rooms had also been given to someone else. It was only after a "hotshot" called the administration that some rooms became available.

The hotel is aged, outdated, and old. From the furniture too the rooms, the hotel needs a complete update of the furniture and the rooms especially. There were bugs around the rooms, some holes in the wall/ceiling, and and electrical/plumbing issues. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get their moneys worth.

My intention is to give a fair review so that other travellers can benefit from it. This PC hotel is very dated and in need for modernisation. There is a new wing and an old wing, you’ll be offered upgrade to delux rooms into old wing even if you booked standard rooms in the new wing. It’s not actually an upgrade because of the condition of these rooms. Fawad on the check-in desk was not honest and spoke rudely when explaining the options for upgrade. It seems the staff are incentivised around the busy periods to push new customers into old wing rooms. These rooms have broken lights and curtains with holes and even the sheets don’t feel clean, unless you beg the staff, getting your room serviced every day is also a difficult ask. This hotel gets very busy and the service level suffers as a result of it. Location is very central and good if you want to explore Lahore especially old town. Swimming pool and spa facilities are nice and usually not too crowded, however everything has an added price tag. I feel there are many other better options available in Lahore where you don’t pay extra just for the name and get similar or even better service.

So we stayed at pc from 24th to 26th dec and overall had a great stay. The hotel is in some need of updating especially the rooms and bathrooms The check in was quick efficient and friendly. The young man who dealt with me was extremely friendly and helpful and he is the one who resolved an issue I had efficiently and to my satisfaction. Concierge were lovely too The overall feel of the hotel was good The breakfast was varied but I do feel certain elements of it could be improved All in all the stay was good. It was my first time in Lahore so I was a little unsure what was around the hotel as well as places of interest. Some help from guest relations on the area would have been really helpful. There were plenty of restaurants in the hotel but not sure of the quality. Approximately 16£ per person There was an outdoor pool which we did use and it was decent All in all we had an enjoyable stay RH

We stayed 3 nights for a business trip to Lahore and I was very disappointed by several factors. There was mould in the bathroom. Additionally, we paid for a friend of ours to stay in the same hotel for 2 nights and despite paying the same rate for his room on the same floor as us, the service / treatment he received was terrible. On the second night especially, he was given a room with a broken bidet and when requested to sort this issue out he was ignored for 2 hours and finally after 3 hours somebody came to fix but left the bathroom a mess. I was also shocked at the fact that you’re supposed to be a 5 star hotel but you provide a 5 rupee iron to guests! It is the worst iron I have seen in a hotel and does not even take any creases out of clothes. I had two important business meetings and could not even have access to a decent iron that allows for water to be added to create steam. So cheap for PC standards! We did not put a “do not disturb sign” before we left for the day and came back to an unmade room and no change of dirty towels or cleaning of bathroom. We had to request this at 9-10pm upon returning back after a long day. Lastly, what was the final nail in the coffin and the reason why I will never stay at PC hotel again is that you offer a so called complementary service to the airport for your guests yet every single greedy employee of yours expects to be tipped as we get in car. Then the driver wants more money at drop off and isn’t happy with 1000 rupee tip!
