Walking/Via Ferrata holiday.
An amazing place to stay. Accommodation is first class. View from the balcony is very relaxing. Hubert is the perfect host and all the action of Val Gardena is just around the corner. Thank you.

Lovely place with a stunning view!
I loved every minute of our stay, itā€™s quiet, and close to the ski centre. We saw several nice sunrises and sunsets, and thereā€™s even bread service, if you ask the owner he will help you order fresh rolls for every morning. And thereā€™s a beautiful and friendly cat too:))

exceptional value right at the start of the val de Gardena
Spacious apartment, comfortable for our family of 6, and Hubert and his family were very friendly and helpful hosts. We had the most wonderful Christmas family reunion here and were even lent a huge oven to use to roast our traditional Christmas turkey, on request. We were only 10 to 15 minutes from the best pistes in the Selva Gardena and will definitely return. Thank you Hubert

Beautifully situated apartment in a great location in the Dolomites.
The view is amazing from the balcony. The apartment is in a great location for visiting the Dolomites. Our hosts were great and very helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone to stay here. Everything was very comfortable. Our 4 children loved the trampoline and being outside in the garden area. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to return soon!

Cet appartement Ć  la ferme est trĆØs fonctionnel, propre, agrĆ©able et paisible. Son emplacement est idĆ©al : il se situe Ć  quelques kilomĆØtres d'Ortisei et ses magnifiques sentiers de randonnĆ©es : Seceda, Alpes Suisse, Sassolungo... Le tout accessible en bus (arrĆŖt en bas de la ferme et tickets gratuits mis Ć  disposition par les propriĆ©taires) Hubert est un hote trĆØs discret et trĆØs attentionnĆ©. Garage fermĆ© sur place. Alles wunderbar, tolle Unterkunft!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Lajen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Garage steht fĆ¼r das Auto bereit. Die Lage ist gĆ¼nstig, sowohl um in das Grƶdnertal, als auch in die nahegelegenen StƤdte wie Meran oder Bozen zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war gemĆ¼tlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Wandertouren in der Region unternommen und die bereitgestellten Tickets fĆ¼r den Nahverkehr oft genutzt, was uns flexibler planen lieƟ. Auch Bozen war einen Ausflug wert.

Ferien mit grandioser Aussicht
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt auf dem Hof. Die Wohnung war einladend, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war top, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Der Vermieter hat uns viel Interessantes und Informatives Ć¼ber das SĆ¼dtirol zu erzƤhlen gewusst. Mit dem kostenlosen Busbillett vom Vermieter konnten wir quasi von der HaustĆ¼r aus das Grƶdnertal entdecken. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Le Dolomiti perfette!
Tutto perfetto... Hubert ĆØ un host perfetto, velocitĆ  di comunicazione e sempre attento a ogni richiesta di informazione. Il maso si trova a Laion, bellissimo paesino altoatesino con molti sentieri da provare (uno su tutti il sentiero della Posta che porta fino a San Pietro)... Poi c'ĆØ tutta la Val Gardena e le Alpi di Siusi da scoprire a pochi minuti di auto! Super Consigliato!!!

Lajen - schƶnes Dorf am Eingang des Grƶdnertals
Wir wurden nett empfangen. DIe Wohnung ist sauber, einfach eingerichtet, fĆ¼r 4 Personen gross genug, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schƶn. Der Brƶtchenservice hat prima geklappt. Ɯber Tag bekommt vom Verkehr schon was mit, aber nachts war alles ruhig und hat keinesfalls gestƶrt. Wir haben schƶne Wanderungen direkt vom Hof starten kƶnnen. Im Dorf gibt es mehrere Restaurants und fĆ¼r den tƤglichen Bedarf findet man alles vor Ort. Ansonsten liegt der Ort Ƥusserst gĆ¼nstig fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge ins Grƶdnetal, Villnƶsstal, Seiser Alm.

Die Wohnung wurde fĆ¼r einen Winterurlaub mit sechs Personen genutzt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, es ist aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Preis-LeistungsverhƤltnis war einwandfrei. Der Skibus hƤlt direkt vor dem Hof, die Reise ins Skigebiet war also super einfach. Der Vermieter war Ć¼beraus freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank fĆ¼r den schƶnen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, wir sind mit dem Auto, einem AnhƤnger und zwei MotorrƤdern angereist. Es stand uns eine Garage fĆ¼r die MotorrƤder und das Auto zur VerfĆ¼gung. Wir haben die Touren in den Dolomiten sehr genossen.

Die Ausstattung und GrĆ¶ĆŸe der Wohnung lieƟt keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Die KĆ¼cheneinrichtung und GerƤtschaften waren komplett und von guter QualitƤt. Ein groƟer, moderner Fernseher mit zig Programmen und eine verschlieƟbare Garage rundeten den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind fĆ¼r Menschen, die gern auf harten Matratzen schlafen, eine gute Wahl. Die NƤhe der StraƟe beeintrƤchtigte die Nachtruhe nicht, da die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht zur StraƟenseite weisen. Fazit: Empfehlenswerte Fewo mit gutem Preis-LeistungsverhƤltnis.

Sehr freundliche und familiƤre Unterkunft.
Wir haben eine sehr schƶne Woche in Lajen verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Lage ist fĆ¼r Wanderungen im Grƶdnertal sehr gut z.B. ist St. Ulrich in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Auch ein Ausflug nach Bozen ist problemlos machbar. Wir wĆ¼rde in jedem Fall bei einem Urlaub in der Gegend wieder kommen.
