From the moment I arrived, Jessica was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my stay was comfortable did not go unnoticed. I love this property simply because itā€™s neat and clean. And close to my daughter - she lives in Burlington. Also I lived in Burlington for awhile and love the area. Thank you to the staff for the comfortable surroundings and the quiet.

Worst stay
Was put in the ā€œdogā€ room that smelled like urine and wet dog. Room was also extremely loud. Didnā€™t sleep the first night. Asked to be moved to quiter room and was told management that I was lying. Manager then came to the room and heard the room. She transferred me to a room that was fight next to a train track. Got no sleep the second night. Both workers have no business working in customer service.

The dislikes of the hotel or minor and probably just personal opinion so Iā€™m not going to address those. Expedia however is a different story. When we got to our hotel room on July 4, they did not have our reservation for that night. Wen had originally made reservations for the nights of the fifth and sixth. About a month ago we updated our reservations to include the night at the fourth. Expedia $100 on probably just because it was a holiday so they were trying to charge us 250 some dollars for the night of the fourth. When we got there they didnā€™t have any reservations for us the night of 7/4/24. And it turns out as I previously stated they added $100 on for whatever reason. The clerk working in the front desk did have a room available and charged us $148 versus 250 something. I will be addressing my concerns with Expedia shortly. The stay at the hotel was fine I have no real concerns/complaints.

Room was pretty old. Carpet was sticky and the toilet paper dispensers were coming out of the drywall. Room walls were paper thin and you could hear the room next to you talking in normal voices.

This is a fairly new property, but it ia scaled down Hampton Inn. It's clean, but the rooms are very small and basic... no refrigerator, no frills, none of the things that make it feel like home. It definitely is better than the other options we saw online for this area. The small town of Burlington is quaint and the Hampton Inn is an easy walk to restaurants and the cute town. We are enjoying it.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, same room even. The lamp shade is broke, has been since we stayed the first time. The room could use a deep clean. Sweep Round the baseboards, clean bathroom shower doors and slides. Other then that room is comfortable and convenient.

This hotel is on the railroad tracks and trains run through all night. I got very little sleep. The breakfast was horrible and the coffee was cold.

Every employee that we ran into during our stay was polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was quiet, despite the train tracks that run directly behind the hotel every hour, or so. Double queen room was a bit small for three people- it could have used another 3 feet added to the depth. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety each morning. Walking distance to Burlington's cute little downtown area- shops, bakery, restaurants.
