Wonderful Forest Escape, Close to Downtown.
Friends and I stayed the weekend. Everyone was happy with the house. Very clean and cozy with easy to access the fully functional kitchen and grill. The deck and fire pit were amazing and worth the trip. Highly recommend to relax by the fire with your favorite drink and cigar. This house is close to everything you need (groceries, Walgreens, butcher, restaurants), all only a few minutes away. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything. Highly recommend!

Located in a secluded pine woods just minutes from town and the lake. The kitchen was well supplied with all the dishes and pans you could need. The rooms were immaculate, the wifi was great. Our host was available for any questions. We 8 adults enjoyed our stay iver the busy 4th of July holiday.

The owners, Dan and Laura, did an amazing job communicating with us even prior to our arrival to make sure they could adequately prepare for our stay. The property was stunning! Beautiful backyard! Even though we were bummed that the reason we stayed there for the weekend was postponed (DMB Concert) staying at Dan and Laura’s beautiful home was worth it. Clean, spacious, and so welcoming! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay in the woods
We had a great trip with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy grilling and hanging out on the deck or down by the fire pit. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen for cooking and all the firewood available outside. Would stay here again!

House was spacious and clean. I like there was everything available to complete a meal from spices utensils pots pans etc. Stores and restaurants were conveniently located. Liked the large deck and was very peaceful and quiet. The water took a while to get hot coming out the bathroom sinks. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Perfect getaway home!
We had an amazing time staying at this home. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us sleeping and hanging out. The house is only a short 5 minute drive to The Grand Geneva Spa, and only 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The house was very clean and welcoming. Dan was very easy to work with as well! Overall, I would highly suggest booking this home if you are in search of a place to stay in this area.

Perfect for us
Just my husband, me and our adult children. The house was perfect for what we wanted. The deck and the fire pit were so much fun. We spent most of our time on the deck. The kitchen was easy to use. Was close to neighbors, but with all those trees, you would never have known. Was easy to get to town, shopping, etc. Loved it. We just bought a memory for our family.

Spring Break Weekend
My family, consisting of my parents, sister, and my daughter enjoyed a phenomenal stay in this most immaculate home. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one by far was one of the cleanest. The home was so comfortable and well laid out that we were all able to sit around the tv and fireplace while playing games and watching the snow. Yes...it did snow on our Spring Break, but it was beautiful watching it from all the windows. The owner could not have been easier to work with. Communication was exceptional! Great Lake Geneva Getaway
Dan & Laura are terrific hosts. Great communication before, during and after our stay. The home has everything needed if you wish to cook your meals and is close enough to downtown to go out. Beautiful wooded setting. House was super clean and beds were comfy. Highly recommended!

Amazing Family Getaway
The host was so amazing to my family. On the day of the trip my mother passed away and we were originally planning to cancel but because it was such a peaceful place our family decided to gather as a family to celebrate my mother's life. It was a great place to stay to achieve peace for this moment in time. We made great memories that I will always remember as well as the kindness of the host. This is a very comfortable large home in a lovely wooded setting with a massive deck, lots of pines and bird activity. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. This is a great choice for a VRBO rental!

This property was absolutly beautiful. Everything was explained or labeled at the house. There was no guessing of how to operate tvs or what switches turned on which lights, or where things were located. The owner has a "welcome book" that has tons of information in it. The beds were more comfortable than mine at home. Dont hesitate to rent this property you wont be disappointed.

Lake Geneva get away
My husband and 7 year old were lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful property in mid October. It was the perfect three day get away, within 6 hours of our home in Minneapolis. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and I have never had the property owners reach out to me ahead time to answer any questions. They continued to remain available and responsive throughout our visit and were genuinely interested in making our trip perfect. The house is in a neighborhood but feels completely secluded, nestled among beautiful pine trees. The deck is even nicer than the pictures with bird houses (with lots of visitors) and evening lighting. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well organized with labelled drawers. Last but not least, a vintage record player with a stash of classic records was a big bonus for us. The property is within a mile of Lake Geneva and shops (separated by a highway). We got lucky with incredible fall colors, both in town and on the road there. We are definitely excited to experience this area again in the summer months. Thank you Dan and Laura for sharing your special house.
