We thought the lodging and facilities were great. We didn't like how it was very difficult to get from certain areas of the resort to others. But we appreciated that we could stay inside and get just about anywhere we needed to go. We really wished their were more dining options available, especially for breakfast.

Traveled to Wisconsin for a wedding, was unsure about the resort before I got here, but I ended up loving the stay. I was given a great room, large, well-appointed, beautiful views of the lake, with a sweet porch and rockers. Restaurants were outstanding - delicious food, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly servers. Registration staff was gracious and helpful. I had a pedicure and massage in the spa, both were perfect services. Not sure if I'll have the opportunity to travel back to that part of WI, but I'd gladly stay there again.

We were there for 3 nights but on two separate night once at 4am and then another night 130am the fire alarm would go off. They were both false alarms. No one would inform our building if the alarm was real or false I would have to call the front desk and let people know as we were all standing outside in the cold with children. There needs to be better communication. We were in the Woodward building. The area was clean and food and bar area were nice. Pool was clean.
